Yaber K3

Après avoir acheté un premier vidéoprojecteur Yaber Y60 pour ma chambre, j'ai décidé de monter en gamme en passant par le Energon 2 de chez Artlii qui n'avait pas l'auto-focus donc j'ai finalement décidé de revenir chez Yaber pour ce K3.

Et je ne suis pas déçu avec toutes les applis déjà installées + raccourcis sur la télécommande (Prime, Disney, Netflix, Youtube) l'image est nette, l'auto-focus fonctionne super bien. Quand à la luminosité, elle est incroyable !!!

Pour finir, la partie son : 2.1 intégré de JBL, ça envoi super fort, même les basses sont top!

Belle arnaque !

Grosse déception avec mon projecteur K3 reconditionné acheté sur le site Yaber ! Ils m'ont livré simplement un retour Amazon, sans même prendre la peine de vérifier s'il fonctionnait. Résultat : la prise HDMI interne est HS, m'obligeant à faire un branchement externe a l'arrache (clé TV + câble qui pend + chargeur de téléphone). Le service client refuse de le reprendre sous prétexte que ce n'est pas un "défaut majeur". Payer une telle somme pour un produit non testé et inutilisable dans sa configuration normale est scandaleux. Zéro contrôle qualité, belle arnaque.

If you, like me, have been denied your EU right of withdrawal by Yaber, here are the steps you should take:

Step 1. Contact the European Consumer Centre. This is an EU-funded organization that offers free help in cross-border consumer cases.

Step 2. Contact your bank and provide them with your order details and all email conversations as proof. Ask about a chargeback (payment reversal). In many cases, the bank can help you get your money back if a company refuses to respect the law.

Step 3. Share your experience on Trustpilot to warn other consumers. The more people document their cases, the harder it becomes for companies to continue ignoring EU law.

Achat du k3 rénové

Achat du k3 rénové. Le vidéoprojecteur est de bonne facture et simple d utilisation la qualité en 1080 est bien présente. Utiliser a 3,20m d'une toile de 120". Pour le son c'est très correct même si pour ma part ça sera utilisé avec un son externe. 2 défaut à mon sens : pour les prochain produit pensé a mètre un cache optique aimenter pour faciliter l utilisation. Impossible pour ma part a utiliser avec Alexa car faut installer une application qui fonctionne que sous Android 12. Sinon rien d autre a voir maintenant la durée de vie.

I would say stay away from Yaber…

I would say stay away from Yaber projectors.
Their tech support/ customer care is useless. Once you purchase they are done.
It is literally scam! How they won't help people who have purchased their stuff. I emailed them everywhere. no answers!

Pro V9 projector

My order (refurbed projector) didn't initially get sent out for some reason, so when I followed up they just sent me a brand new model straight away. It arrived within a few days and I'm really please with it. (The pro V9)

Vidéo projecteur YABER

J'ai acheté récemment un vidéoprojecteur reconditionné. Il est arrivé en panne. Après un peu de bricolage il démarre mais plusieurs bugs persistent et obligé de conserver cette bricole pour qu'il fonctionne. Si je le remets dans sa configuration d'origine il fonctionne pas. Le service client de yaber n'a rien voulu savoir car j'ai réussi à le faire fonctionner et pour eux et ben il fonctionne. Mais je le précise si je le remets dans sa configuration d'origine tel qu'il me l'a été vendu il ne fonctionne pas et j'ai toujours des bugs. Je croyais vraiment avoir acheté sur un site de confiance cela me prouve encore une fois qu'il faut vraiment se méfier de tout le monde. Je suis vraiment très déçu je ne recommande absolument pas d'acheter du reconditionné sur ce site là je ne me prononce pas sur les produits neufs c'est vraiment dommage car leur vidéoprojecteur est vraiment bien.

I purchased a refurbished projector (Model K2s), and although two items were missing from the order, customer support quickly took responsibility and sent them right away. Their communication was clear and helpful, and I'm very happy with the support

When you buy projector from them, they reply on all questions fast….but when you have quality claim….then zero answers. They dont care about you when your product is damaged. Never ever again.

In the box with the product there’s…

In the box with the product there’s warranty card with the qr code bringing you to the registration webpage where you need your order number to register for 3 years warranty, but the order number you get buying from this site will not fit. It is not valid. So you can’t register for 3 years warranty therefore you will not get it. Actually you will not have any warranty, because they do not respond to your emails after buying. You will also not receive the invoice. Any other company will send you invoice, but form them you only get confirmation email of your order and that’s all.
About the product; it’s not worth the money. It’s bulky and cheap material. I have no idea why I bought it before researching a bit more. Do not repeat my mistake.

EDIT:
Emailed them I want to return the projector, when they finally responded to that email, told me to send it to some address in Germany, and let them know the tracking number and they will immediately refund - so I packed and sent with tracking number, they received the item around 2 weeks ago, but they do not respond to my emails anymore, do not refund, no voice from them at all! That's what I would call robbery! ROBBERY!

Unresponsive and Unreliable Customer Service

I purchased a projector on Sunday, expecting it to be shipped within 2-3 days. To speed up the process, I also emailed the company requesting expedited shipping. They responded, assuring me that the item would be shipped by Tuesday or Wednesday. However, by the end of Wednesday, I had received no shipping confirmation, so I reached out again—this time requesting them to either ship the item immediately or cancel my order and issue a refund.

Instead of addressing my concern, they cancelled my order without any explanation and have since ignored my emails. Now, I have no idea when I will receive my refund. Their lack of communication, absence of phone support, and poor customer service make them highly unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, even if their products seem budget-friendly—it’s just not worth the hassle.

Update:
I received the refund. You didn’t sent me any email. You just sent me an email after 1 week. Additionally, all of my emails were sent in weekdays not in the weekend. That’s why my review is still valid.

Attention au service après vente qui…

Attention au service après vente qui vous ballade en perte de temps. Je suis en échange de mail depuis décembre 2024 et toujours pas reçu le nouveau projecteur qui en faite n'ai pas expédié... Mais il vous font croire qu'il est parti... C'est vraiment mal honnête de leur part... La garantie constructeur est complètement bidon ATTENTION

Avoid them at all cost

Avoid them at all cost, waste of time and money.
I've had multiple projectors from them, about 5 different models, the first old one was brilliant, lasted ages, all the others rubbish, the v10 has a overheating problem, that they don't care about, they replaced one, and the replacement had the same problem, now they avoid.
Had a further look into them, and any bad review online, they try to get removed so others fall for the same trap.
