YAKKA STRENGTH LTD Opiniões

Ordered loads of gym equipment off yakkastrength always top quality stuff.

Quick delivery and good service

Ordered some creatine and electrolytes from Yakka strength and they came in a very quick time. Communication was first class all the way through from advice to receiving the goods. Quality is amazing and I will defo be ordering more, great choice of flavours as well for anyone who likes a different taste. Would highly recommend this company/brand to anyone.

Excellent products, excellent website, excellent service! 👍

Ordered some supplements, came next day. Great product and delivery

I ordered x4 Tonkat Ali. I got a text from John saying they sent 1 extra so 5 all together. The shipment arrived next day even though I paid for standard delivery. Can’t get them anywhere els and yes they are still in date till 2027. Very impressed.

Last two orders I have made buying Pre Workout, I have chosen a flavour that says they have, to then receive an email saying they don't have it. Then given options of the flavours either no one wants or alternative pre workouts..

All after they take payment.

100% avoid

I placed and order in March. One of my products was out of stock in the UK. I agreed to wait until April. It’s now July and I am still chasing a refund! £47.97 out of pocket all this time. In my experience if you have an issue you will need to chase them and my issue still isn’t resolved. No products and no refund, I wouldn’t use them again

This is the most stupid company I know. This is the last time I would even think of buying from them. Odered last week Monday and up till now it is not in. I’m soo stupidly pissed and fuming. When you call them there isn’t any good thing their customer service will say to you. Tell a customer if I like I can write a bad review they don’t care! Bet me I regret ever purchasing something from this stupid useless company. the company will go down for sure.

Top quality service, even hand delivered my order. Good range of products, definitely will be using again.

Good quality products and very friendly and helpful staff

While overall I had a good experience in terms of ordering online and getting the delivery, I ran into a problem where the narrow olympic plates that I ordered had grooves in them.

The grooves caused two problems:
1. They cause alot of noise when taking plates on and off the rack
2. They scratch off any black finish you might have on the bar or the plate holder.

While I can live with the first, the second was a bit too much given the expense and that I wanted to invest in something that worked best with my home gym.

However, once I reported this issue, the company refused to let me return them, and even got a bit defensive saying that they would never apologize for making high quality products.

Well, I wasn't asking them to apologize, but I do think not clearly pointing out a pretty important feature in the specification is wrong, and not accepting to take returns once the customer finds out about an unreported specification is unprofessional.

In their defense, they argue that their 6 min "bumper plate buying guide" does point this out, however I'll leave it up to you to decide if you think it's reasonable that everyone should watch a 6 min video to discover a pretty important caveat about the product that they're buying (from the 1 star review, you know where I stand).

In response to the below comment:
1. I was never informed of this until I purchased the product and put it on the bar myself. Once I noticed, I emailed them immediately to ask about it.

2. I have used the plates just once (which is when I noticed the problem in the first place). They have never offered me the option of a refund and I plan to contest the charge.

Good prompt service and delivery

Great product range, great service, would definitely trust them to kit out my home gym!

Highly recommended. Ordered one day, received the next. I ordered a set of the Calibrated narrow Olympic bumper plates and the quality is second to none. Brilliant customer service and discount for the Emergency Services and Military. Will be ordering more very soon.
