On the recommendation of a friend I purchased a discontinued item by Toyota. the phone pick up was quick (unlike these pathetic american system - press this, press that and three hours later!!!). Courtesy and professionalism followed and I received the goods having paid by 'Pay Pal' within a short time from the other end of the country.
