Purchased an item from this store in June which subsequently became faulty 3 months later. Contacted company who immediately sent out a replacement for me without any cost or hassle to me. 1st class service will buy from again.

Have been buying parts from Yambits for several months now as I restore a non running 1977 bike. This week I had a problem with one of the supplied parts not working correctly. Yambits immediately stepped up to the plate and shipped a new replacement part to me. Even better, they paid return postage for the faulty part. Well done Yambits. Other on line traders of bike parts could learn a lot from you. Many thanks.

Well, I don't normally leave reviews, but this time I felt the pull to make one.
Placed a small order of bits and bobs for a circa 50yr old project (Yup, I know... Re-living lost youth, yada yada yawn), anyway, I didn't read any reviews for Yambits, but just placed an order.
Anyway, fast confirmation of order, and very fast delivery.
I did email them to thank them for a good service and received a prompt reply from Karl thanking me for my email. Short and sweet, without even a request for me to write a review.
The thing is, after sending email, I realised what really prompted me to do that. This is the reason ....... When my parcel arrived, there were very subtle, but distinct things I noticed as I carried it to the table to open it. There was no feeling of anything moving inside and as I began to unpack I realised how good the packing had been carried out. Whoever packed my parcel did it with care and a sense of pride... I could tell. There was a checklist placed carefully on the top of the order and this had been hand ticked off.
I can't say exactly what about the packing prompted my review, but I did feel, somehow that I was important, as a customer and not just another punter who's had a load of parts thrown randomly into a box and sent.
Well done to all at Yambits.

Bought a lot of parts for a 52 year old yamaha & the goods are top notch and also best price possible, a con rod kit from yambits was under £50 others are selling the exact same item for £120 more SO £170 FOR SAME ITEM , yambits are the most genuine company I have dealt with in the past 20 years, well impressed and highly recommended, RAPID POSTAGE ALSO.👌💯%

Extremely impressed by this company. Returning customer. This is my second time and ordered some parts for a Yamaha XT 350 at 14.58pm on Friday 3rd March, received an instant acknowledgement of payment within minutes. By 15.18pm got an email stating my order was being shipped via DPD. Received an email by DPD stating they were delivering the next day within an estimated time. This company is based in York in the North of England, not exactly down the road from me. I live in the South of England a good few hundred miles away.
Sure enough the following day on Saturday the 4th March my order arrived within the estimated time. Well packed and not a dent in sight. Their website is super easy to navigate. The items are really well documented, informative and photographed. So well done Yambits Team from a very satisfied customer.

Recently ordered parts for my XT500, parts were despatched and delivered promptly. On fitting the fuel tap was found to leak, refusing to seal.

Yambits were emailed over the weekend, and replied first thing on the Monday morning, apologising and requesting further information, which on receipt by them resulted in an alternative replacement part being despatched immediately, with tracking details provided.

Yambits provide a first class service and customer care that many companies could learn from. I'll certainly be using them in future.

Only used Yambits a couple of times, the first time there was a problem with some supplied components but they sorted it out very quickly.
Just received my second order very quickly so very happy.

Avoid these guys if you don't like PAYING CRAZY SHIPPING COSTS AND THEN GETTING SLUGGED ADDITIONAL "IMPORT DUTIES" ON DELIVERY equal to about 400% of the value of the items you purchased.

It's a HARD PASS FOR YAMBITS AND FEDEX.

Bought some wheel bearings for my TRX850 as a package. I'll address the cost and service of the delivery process later.
The kit included the wrong size bearings for the front wheel. After back-and-forth with them telling me I must have aftermarket wheels and that Yamaha tell them which bearing sizes are correct, I had to send them a screen shot of the google search... a frickin GOOGLE SEARCH.... which plainly showed that they sent the wrong size.

Anyway, I sourced the correct bearings locally, and they finally refunded the cost of a SINGLE bearing. THERE WERE 2.... TWO.... BEARINGS THAT WERE THE WRONG SIZE CHUKP.

Anyway, to delivery. £22 to send the bearings to Greece from the UK via FedEx. Lol.... OK... I paid. Upon receipt of the package though, FedEx tried to charge me another £150 in import duties for £40 worth of goods.

That was 3 months ago. I'm still dealing with FedEx, who have got the cost of import charges down to £40 now. A mere 100% of the cost of the goods purchased. So this purchase was not only a disaster at the time, but 3 months later continues to annoy.

Screw you Yambits.

Can't recommend Yambits enough. I've searched worldwide for awkward parts and received some dodgy items that often didn't fit. Finding Yambits saved me a lot of hassle as they've got loads of tools and spares that just work! Karl was very helpful sourcing a brake line for my bike which I couldn't get anywhere. Keep up the good work! Rick

Very impressed with packaging and speedy delivery of Yamaha parts. Been hunting high and low for some parts for a classic motorbike restoration project and Yambits has proved a bit of a gold mine. Highly recommended and will definitely be using again.
