Yurt dışında iş bulma sürecinin daha…
Yurt dışında iş bulma sürecinin daha hızlı olacağını düşünmüştüm. Yaklaşık iki aydır bekliyorum ve bazen süreç biraz yavaş ilerliyor gibi geliyor. Ama yine de şirket arayıp iletişim kurmaya çalıştıkları belli oluyor.

Sizi anlıyoruz. Yurt dışı işe alım süreçleri bazen hem işverenlerin dönüş süreleri hem de ülkelerin prosedürleri nedeniyle beklenenden daha uzun sürebiliyor. Ancak bu süreçte ekibimizin sizin adınıza şirketlerle iletişim kurmaya ve yeni fırsatlar araştırmaya devam ettiğini bilmenizi isteriz.

Destek ekibi her zaman kibar davrandı ve yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Bir şirketle görüşmeye kadar ilerledim fakat sonunda daha deneyimli ve dil bilen birini seçtiler. Biraz moral bozucu oldu ama yurt dışında iş bulmanın kolay olmadığını anladım.

Bu sürece kadar ilerlemiş olmanız aslında önemli bir başarıdır. Yurt dışındaki birçok işveren, özellikle dil seviyesi ve deneyim gibi kriterlere büyük önem verebiliyor. Bu nedenle bazen olumlu geçen görüşmeler bile iş teklifiyle sonuçlanmayabiliyor.

The platform is simple to navigate and I appreciate that the job posts are clearly presented, which makes it quick to filter out positions that are not relevant. Communication through the site has worked well, and the replies I received from employers were relevant and professional.
