I’ve been using Yarbo on my rural property for a few months now, and when it works, it’s like magic. But there’s a catch: it requires a lot of babysitting. The battery is a bit of a bottleneck; it takes hours to charge and often gets 'stuck' at a certain percentage, meaning I have to manually send it back out at 50% just to get the job done. The real headache, though, is the navigation. It always tries to take the shortest route home, which usually means slamming straight into a snow wall on my curvy driveway. Once it’s stuck, it drains its battery trying to escape, leaving me to trek out and rescue a heavy, dead robot in the middle of a storm.
Purchased Yarbo snowblower package in December2025 hesitantly and it has beyond a doubt proven itself in a central New Hampshire winter setting ! Had a couple of hiccups during initial setup and the support team got me right through them promptly. This machine sits in a semi remote setting on its own and performs regularly and flawlessly so far. I cannot and won't speak for others but my results have saved me countless hours of snow removal. I will say it is working an 1800 square foot paved driveway basically a horseshoe shape .I have taken control of it manually also from over 70 miles away again it did what was wanted. There is a learning curve no doubt but patience will pay off. Although only one and three quarter month owner I`m sold and can't say enough. I hesitated and hesitated for months to make a decision ,read and watched numerous videos and finally decided. Glad I did !

They may or may not help. Why weren't these fixed before release? Both mowing and snow blowing performance is poor when you eventually get it to work as they say it should. It is mediocre at best. Many parts have failed and continue to fail even after owning for 1.5 years. Many of the marketing promises are just fake. Not going to happen.

Rural upstate NY, gravel driveway that’s uneven. It performs best when I keep the skid/height adjusted and avoid scraping too low. Once I figured that out, it cleared reliably and didn’t get hung up as much as I expected.
When it works, it's amazing!
But the customer support is so shockingly incompetent I'm right now considering running a chargeback just to get someone's attention.
1st - Customer support is in India. It's impossible to get someone from the US to help you. Everything is in India. That should say half of the problem.
2nd - My Yarbo ignored the boundaries I set. It fell off my deck 10 feet. Customer support ignored everything I told them about it. To their credit, they sent me a new unit. That was good.
3rd - My Yarbo fell off the deck AGAIN, this time from a different problem (it drove itself over the dock...wtf!). Customer support ignored everything I said and told me "your unit is functioning properly, we've checked everything out." WRONG.
4th - My yarbo consistently says "no GPS signal" and just won't run. But their diagnostics say it has great GPS signal and is completely fine. It can see 24 GPS satellites! But it still won't run because it has "Weak GPS Signal". When I send screenshots of everything (it won't run + all the satellites it sees) Yarbo support (in India of course) tells me "we've checked on everything remotely and your yarbo is just fine. Just run it again and don't worry sir, we'll take care of you." IT WON'T RUN.
This has gone on for 2 months now. Yarbo has outsourced everything to India. They don't care about what's actually happening. They're not interested. Despite my Yarbo not running, they tell me it's fine it's fine it's fine.
5th - they asked for a screenshot of the GPS (RTK) diagnostics so they could see all the satellites. It sees 40! satellites. My Yarbo still won't run and they respond and say "We can assure you your yarbo is fine."
Oh really??? it's fine? Then why won't it run?
$5000 of amazing engineering and zero ability to solve a problem.

New England coastal storms = wet, heavy snow. That’s the true test. It handled it with fewer clogs than my previous blower. I did one quick pass early, then another later, and the driveway stayed under control.
The mower treads handle Florida sand better than most equipment I’ve used. My yard has soft, uneven sandy areas that usually cause trouble, but this machine powered through without getting stuck or slipping around. It’s been a great fit for the terrain here.
I’ve been really impressed with how easily Yarbo adapts to my uneven terrain. My yard is far from flat, yet it handled all the bumps and slopes without missing a beat. What surprised me even more was the precision with which it avoided all my no-go zones—no wandering, no mistakes. It’s been incredibly reliable and accurate.
I really appreciate the ability to lower the blades and adjust the cutting height remotely—it makes fine-tuning the mow incredibly convenient. The module’s vertical flexibility also helps a lot, allowing it to move up and down to stay even with the terrain, which results in a much smoother, more consistent cut across the whole yard. It’s a level of precision I didn’t expect from a robotic mower.
I love that it doesn’t require a boundary wire—setup was so much easier than traditional robotic mowers. The battery life is excellent, giving it plenty of runtime to cover my yard, and the app is surprisingly robust with tons of useful controls and visibility. Overall, a fantastic experience.
I had a ton of beginner questions when setting up the Data Center. The support agent stayed with me step-by-step, even waited while I repositioned the DC outside for better RTK signal. They never rushed me. That patience goes a long way.
Don't waste your money. If you have a problem, they'll make an appt for you to speak with customer service...at 2am your time. They'll email you to tell you how they're working on your case, then they'll tell you they can't help you. I have a pile of this crap for sale if anyone is dumber than me and wants to buy it.

The app interface is intuitive and the online community is super helpful. I learned a lot from other users about mapping and route optimization. It’s fun to see everyone’s setups. For the product itself, still room for improvement but I am loving it so far.ez
J’ai acheté le Yarbo avec le module de tonte dans le but de tondre un terrain d’environ 5000 m2. J’ai choisis ce modèle car le terrain n’était pas parfait, et l’argument d’avoir un modèle tout terrain m’a convaincu… grosse erreur! Il se bloque régulièrement, les lames cassent et se retrouvent disséminées dans le jardin! Aucun geste commercial de la part de mon revendeur Anne Faye à Lisieux ni de la part de Yarbo. Seule solution proposée par Yarbo : enlever les protections de sécurité du module de tonte afin de limiter les bourrages… conseil que je n’ai bien évidemment pas suivis avec des enfants en bas âge qui pourraient se trouver sur le chemin de la machine. Bref un SAV et commercial honteux, à fuire!
The company had what I thought was a solid design and great features. Unfortunately a lot of the features never worked as advertised. I was able to get it to work reasonably well with the lack of promised features which saves this rating. I don’t feel this was built for long term due to many failures and loss of functionality. I have had to have multiple components replace. The service team has been a bit of a joke but generally in the end they do the right thing and fix and or replace the bad components. The shipping team at one point was atrocious they have somewhat improved over time. In a nutshell the company seems to be trying to do right and improve but have still not completely won my trust back. I have no choice but to stick with them because it’s too late to turn back now.

Our backyard has two slopes with a flatter section in the middle, so I was a bit nervous about how Yarbo would handle it. In the beginning, it slowed down a lot on the steeper part, then recovered once it reached the flat area. I reached out to support, and they suggested reducing the mowing speed and slightly adjusting the entry angle when it approached the slope. I tried that once, and honestly - it fixed the issue completely.
Now it moves smoothly across the entire yard, no hesitation at all. The battery life is also better than I expected - it starts at 100% and usually finishes my whole backyard with around 40% left. Docking has been spot-on every time, even after long runs.
Overall, I’m really happy with it. Yarbo has turned mowing on uneven terrain from a chore into something I barely think about anymore - it just works.
Yarbo’s been great overall - the machine works really well and support is super knowledgeable. My only wish is that the technical support meeting slots were a bit easier to book or had more open times, since they fill up fast. Other than that, really happy with the experience!
I’ve been showing off my Yarbo to just about everyone in the neighborhood — can’t help it, I’m a bit of a tech nerd. It’s awesome sharing the latest smart yard tech and watching people’s jaws drop when they see it mowing or blowing snow on its own. Already got a few neighbors hooked on Yarbo too!
Honestly I was a bit scared my wife would yell at me for buying another “expensive gadget,” but after a whole summer with the Yarbo mower, she’s actually the one showing it off to the neighbors! Lawn looks great, no more weekend arguments about mowing — happy wife, happy life 😅
