Top Hosting Services

I decided to give WordPress hosting a try a few weeks ago, and I ran into some issues getting my website up to run.

After contacting the technical team, they immediately reviewed my case and made some adjustments to my site, and everything is now working perfectly.

They were able to assist me within an hour, and I am incredibly grateful for it. Kudos to the team, and I intend to use their services for future domain and hosting purchases.

Great hosting for personal project

Great customer service and a really great environment for my personal projects. First time I subscribe, really affordable. Then now I already build up a lot of projects for myself and clients, they really offer me a wide range of products that suits my needs and also my clients'.

Users should be careful in choosing a hosting company.

Users should be careful in choosing a hosting company. Some hosting company give misleading promotions. They claim to allow you to build unlimited websites but in reality they limit you to only one domain. When you try to build a second website domain, they ask you to pay more. Plus they have a number of other limitations that they don’t inform you of before hand and you only find out once you start using their service. This sub standard and scam like hosting companies claim to give money back guarantee and even send you multiple emails that they will return your money but they actually never do. Be careful of such companies and better stick to the more reputable ones.

We're sorry for the misunderstanding caused and thank you for your feedback. The feature you needed is known in cPanel (as well as other popular control panels) as “add-on domain”, where as "websites" refers to websites you can host in a domain, it's sub-domains and domain sub-folders.

According to payment gateway, your payment had been successfully refunded. We tried to update you the refund status via support ticket and WhatsApp for numerous times but you didn't reply them, so we're not really sure how we may assist you further because you didn't answer to our phone calls as well even some of the calls are made by our department manager and General Manager.
