LA Angels Neon Signs are an attractive product. I bought the rounded logo and Letter A halo sign. The rounded logo is not of the same quality as the other and the price reflects that. The initial sale was through your ad on Instagram and the discount was unclear. I had to make numerous requests to clarify it. You had an auto email response system that failed to recognize my questions and tried to get me to finalize my order. That was unprofessional and inconvenient. I wanted to particularly commend Leksa of your CS staff who made a big effort to help me. When the product arrived it only contained one of the items unlike what had been represented in your shipping email. Leksa responded that they were separated and the other product arrived the next business day.

I am not very good at manual tasks and instructions but I found the instructions only marginally adequate. Apparently I needed a drill to install the signs. That was not made clear in your sales documents.

The packages arrived with blue tape on them and seemed to be opened before they arrived. Not sure why.

The signs are up and I am generally happy with them. I tried to be as transparent as possible here.

The Yellow POP smile came with exact instructions.
It was easy to put up. It lights up the space, just as i enviztioned. the price was very fair.

Asked for my sign yellow but received the sign color orange

Terrible customer service, still don’t have my product after 5 weeks. Honestly feels like a scam dealing with these guys the guy I had contact with “left the company” so had to find a new phone to call and email cause no one would reply. Very broken English on the phone with anyone.

Poor communication, Poor upfront research by the supplier, all online communication where a simple phone call could have likely salvaged the project! this online Bull $#it doesn't cut it in the real world. Clear and complete drawings and specifications should have been provided as opposed to the 5th grade art sketches that were provided! No details, or clear representations of the actual product. all pencil line sketches done on a cheap none engineering software. all details were communicated unclearly in email chains with no real clarity. Dimensions and design criteria was not clearly stated or shared in the design stages and as a result received a product that nowhere remotely resembles what was required for the project. I have a red neon window border that looks like a Truckstop interstate sign. way too big, way too bright, and the wiring and hardware is a total abomination! where do I put a soccer ball roll of extra wire? It looks like a bowl of spaghetti hanging on the side of my window! these should have been wired in a series with a male/female connector on each end creating a chain around the window with ONE SINGLE POWER CORD! an engineering, or lack thereof, flaw from the supplier! I do not design lighting, but I could have beaten this design on a Friday night in a drunken stupor! Hanger size and style were incorrect and the supplier is not familiar wioth the dimensions of his own product. These were specified as INTERIOR ACCENT WINDOW BORDERS TO MIMIC 1/2" Glass , Gas Filled, Neon Lamps. Again, customers are being blinded both inside and out on the sidewalk. I am expecting a car to come crashing through my front windows any day now from the distracting glare these lamps generate. ...and the sad part, real neon glass, gas filed lamps were cheaper! I spent $1500.00 and got stuck with a box full of very expensive junk! The sad part, these could have been very nice and perfect for the application if the supplier would come out of hiding behind the internet and work directly with clients through direct conversation and the exchange of real working drawings and information! It must be a group of young kids with no real-world experience. Great idea, but very poor execution!

Easy to use, great size

I have been ogling the neon-style signs for a while. And my mom accidentally ordered a lightbox for Christmas. But the customer service team was great and exchanged the product. As for the Banana LED light, it's AMAZING! It's even better than I thought it would be! It's bright and fun, and has a special place brightening a dark hallway in my house. It makes me smile every time I see it! Also the delivery was fast and the item was well-packaged.

Perfect experience. Good price, product nicely built, fast production and safe delivery. Great process communications. What's not to like?

Incredible bright and vibrant neon colors, accurate and finely attuned to you through meticulous communication. It lights my 20+ foot vaulted ceiling powerfully - its a bit stunning. The tubes themselves were crafted perfectly into a complex abstract shape. My only surprise, which I dont feel necessarily detracts from my great experience, is how pixelated my background image was. I will say, it still works because I intend to use in a gaming context and it almost looks deliberate. All in all, I will be definitely returning for more products and would highly recommend this company to the hesitant and skeptical person looking for higher end quality.

I’m incredibly happy I went with Yellowpop. I ordered a medium size indoor sign, that had a slightly complex design, and they really delivered. Communication was nice and easy, and I appreciate the shared product information before payment. I added the optional remote, which has been really nice for setting the sign to be brighter or gentler on the eyes. I’m beyond thrilled by how cool it looks and fast it arrived.
