Scam -took my money and no response
I placed an order on November 25th and was told it was confirmed and would be shipped within 3 days. Contacted them on December 3rd as I still did not have my order or any email from them -there is only an email address available for this- and have still not had a reply nearly 10 days later. Avoid this company. I will now have to go through the hassle of claiming this money back with my credit card company.

Never received order or any communication!
I placed an order on Saturday 9th July, had an order confirmation but no further contact since at all. No shipping information or tracking details, and the order has not arrived, despite paying for Express Delivery (1-2 business days). I have emailed the supplier twice and also tried to call twice, but had no response at all- I've been left with no alternative but to cancel my order and claim a refund.
**Edited to add that 20 minutes after claiming the refund through PayPal, I got a shipping confirmation email. I emailed straight away to ask for the order to be cancelled as my refund had been approved, but they haven't cancelled it and its now on its way- no use to me now as the event it was ordered for is this evening.
**Edited score as the company have explained the delay, however the factual comments remain**

What amazing service! A huge Thank you💐 to PJ for being so efficient and quick in sorting out a little glitch we had with the payment. It was my first time but wont be my last. EXEPTIONAL customer service
I have never come across such amazing customer service. It took 6 minutes from order time to dispatch. PJ sent my parcel the same day, even though I'd ordered after the cut-off time, and it arrived the next day. PJ kept me informed about every stage of my order. The parcel contained a personally written thank you card and a free gift, which made me feel like a valued customer. Unfortunately, the parcel had been badly squashed in transit which also caused the contents (boxes of tissues) to be squashed. I let PJ know, so this could be raised with the courier. PJ offered to send me replacements, but I declined, as the damage had not made the product unusable. However, today, a full replacement of my order arrived completely unexpectedly, together with another free gift and card from PJ. It was even sent by an alternative courier rather than the one which had damaged the original parcel. That story speaks for itself. I will be recommending this remarkable company to my friends and family and, of course, I will be returning. Well done and thank you, PJ. You deserve every success.
