Scam -took my money and no response

I placed an order on November 25th and was told it was confirmed and would be shipped within 3 days. Contacted them on December 3rd as I still did not have my order or any email from them -there is only an email address available for this- and have still not had a reply nearly 10 days later. Avoid this company. I will now have to go through the hassle of claiming this money back with my credit card company.

First time ordering from Yepss, All items and quantities in stock, picked and packed into a thick cardboard box really well, including a bottle of rice cooking wine which was double wrapped in bubble wrap. Can’t fault these guys, picked, packed and sent out very quickly, excellent service.

Terrible service

Terrible service, ordered 10 items, paid extra for a freezer box and extra for Saturday Delivery. They delivered only TWO of the items and during the week instead of the Saturday. They don't reply to emails or answer the phone! They have basically robbed me, avoid at all costs.

Thanks for your emails. We do apologise for any inconvenience it caused.

We had technical issues to our order, fulfil system since last week, we finally restored all the date back, also arranged full refund to you.

I understand you need the 10 of the items for last week, we were not able to delivery the items as we guaranteed, unfortunately the items you ordered are very popular, we don't have enough stock until August. Therefore, we shipped two of the items free of charge, also with some free ice creams as as the compensation, hope you'll still enjoy those foods.

We'll also send a £10 cash voucher to you for your next shopping.

Never received order or any communication!

I placed an order on Saturday 9th July, had an order confirmation but no further contact since at all. No shipping information or tracking details, and the order has not arrived, despite paying for Express Delivery (1-2 business days). I have emailed the supplier twice and also tried to call twice, but had no response at all- I've been left with no alternative but to cancel my order and claim a refund.

**Edited to add that 20 minutes after claiming the refund through PayPal, I got a shipping confirmation email. I emailed straight away to ask for the order to be cancelled as my refund had been approved, but they haven't cancelled it and its now on its way- no use to me now as the event it was ordered for is this evening.

**Edited score as the company have explained the delay, however the factual comments remain**

What amazing service

What amazing service! A huge Thank you💐 to PJ for being so efficient and quick in sorting out a little glitch we had with the payment. It was my first time but wont be my last. The world needs people like PJ, makes one's day a lot brighter on a slightly cloudy day.Thank you again! And thank you for the upgrade gift...very unexpected but lovely surprise! Great customer service

Great customer service. The communication is prompt when there is an issue about my order. I also got a little gift from the shop for a short delay of my order. A very good seller. I will make a purchase from them again.

Second time buying from yepss

Second time buying from yepss , love it. Great items, very good quality of fresh and frozen foods and fruit. Placing another order tonight for more frozen durian, very nice !! Will be ordering again soon! Also like the multiple discounts too

Great experience

Great customer service and support. Very quick response. High quality of products.
I've ordered frozen dumplings and everything arrived next day perfectly frozen with bags of dry ice to keep it cold during journey. I was very impressed with it.

EXEPTIONAL customer service

I have never come across such amazing customer service. It took 6 minutes from order time to dispatch. PJ sent my parcel the same day, even though I'd ordered after the cut-off time, and it arrived the next day. PJ kept me informed about every stage of my order. The parcel contained a personally written thank you card and a free gift, which made me feel like a valued customer. Unfortunately, the parcel had been badly squashed in transit which also caused the contents (boxes of tissues) to be squashed. I let PJ know, so this could be raised with the courier. PJ offered to send me replacements, but I declined, as the damage had not made the product unusable. However, today, a full replacement of my order arrived completely unexpectedly, together with another free gift and card from PJ. It was even sent by an alternative courier rather than the one which had damaged the original parcel. That story speaks for itself. I will be recommending this remarkable company to my friends and family and, of course, I will be returning. Well done and thank you, PJ. You deserve every success.
