Roger is a lifesaver
I had to make a booking at the last minute and even though flights were advertised cheaper by the time you went through to book, the place had gone and only more expensive flights available. I was given 2 choices and booked the one that suited me best straight away. No messing, everything up front, easy payment. Roger was back on the phone every step and emails came through pretty much immediately.
Next time I won’t leave it so late.

Would like to say a huge thank you to Max for getting us a fantastic flight deal to Australia... although there were some hiccups (no fault of Yescapes) Max resolved the situation quickly and efficiently and we have been given a lovely hotel in dubai on our return journey for the little inconvenience it caused - so 2 very happy customers.
