Ordered two, both came in perfect shape

Needed a pair of 20-footers for a workshop build. Both units arrived the same day on the same truck, which I wasn't sure would be possible, but logistics made it work. They were identical in condition — clean, dry, floor with no damage, doors aligned perfectly. The driver was experienced and set them down exactly where I marked. Really pleased with how the whole thing went.

20’ Single Trip

I reached out to Andrew after doing online searching for a company that could get me the container I needed. I was a little nervous because yes containers has only been in business for two years and I could only find four reviews for them. After talking with Andrew back-and-forth a few times I decided to take a chance on it and everything worked out well. Delivery was pretty quick, communication with the logistics department was OK, communication with the driver was even better. He was properly equipped to make the delivery. Everything went smooth. I was happy with the single trip container that I purchased and will be getting a second one in the next few months.

20’ cargo container shipping worthy

I ordered a cargo worthy container and received a very damaged container water tight at best I paid $700.00 more for a cargo worthy container did not get a certificate and they would not hold up to the agreement. I had to file a claim with the BBB. Now I now why they require full payment in advance because. Worst customer service I have ever experienced flat out refused to work with you at all. I sent pictures of all the damaged and rust and they tell me you get what you get. I wish I could load pictures of the container on this review so everyone could see how bad it is but it doesn’t allow pictures. All the pictures on there website aren’t even close to what I received. I would recommend buying from anyone else but them.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the container did not meet your expectations. Cargo Worthy units are certified by the depot based on their structural condition and ability to be used for export, but their appearance can vary due to their previous shipping life.

We understand how this difference between structural grade and cosmetic condition may have been disappointing, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We are always working to improve our communication so customers know exactly what to expect with used containers.

I ordered 2 20" containers shipping…

I ordered 2 20" containers shipping worthy unfortunately I got 2 beat up dented everywhere containers. My containers came with 30 day return warranty but unfortunatly my sealsperson hasn't given me the instruction link like he said. He said he would Email me. I asked 3 times

Hi Ed,

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that the containers did not meet your expectations. Cargo Worthy units are structurally inspected and certified by the depot, and while they remain fully functional, used containers can show dents or cosmetic wear from previous shipping use.

Regarding the return process, we did review your case. By the time the concern was raised, both containers had already been painted, which is considered a modification, and this makes them ineligible for return under the standard return policy. Once a container is altered, the depot cannot accept it back.

We appreciate your feedback and will continue improving our communication to ensure customers fully understand container grades and return conditions.
