Very good first experience.
For a supplier I’ve never heard before ordering some end of line Rointe heater I was very pleased with the service. The guy from the Luton branch (Luke I think) made sure to secure transfer of stock over NYE/NYD etc., and the heaters were then delivered to my elderly Mother with extra care to ensure they were safely stored out of harms way until the installation could be done. All in all good service even over the holidays with reduced staff most likely.

Ordered EV Cable mid Dec
Ordered EV Cable mid Dec, still not received it 8/1/26. I understand disruption over christmas. Thats why I tried to stock up before. I had to drive 30 miles xmas eve and Jan 2nd to get alternative cable.

Good
The sockets are very good but delivery was slower than expected. This maybe due to new year.
In addition, I realised that I could have purchased the same sockets for half the price elsewhere.
Nevertheless product is good all round in comparison to the ones I have replaced.

Was told this was out for delivery days ago. I appreciate it’s been Christmas / new year but probably biding an accurate delivery date is a minimum requirement for me.
Also your asking me for a review before the order is completed.

The part I ordered was exactly what I was after, I ordered it at 1830 one night and it was fitted by 1200 the next day. Superb service and good delivery company used, excellent communications from them to guarentee delivery detail suited my requirements.
