Very bad experience
Near impossible to get hold of, don't respond to emails and voicemail box always full. We were first to view a house, said we'd be interested but needed a second viewing to confirm with daughter, then radio silence from them, only to find someone else has been accepted. Very shoddy

However, we would like to clarify that there seems to have been a misunderstanding. Due to high demand, properties can move quickly, and we are unable to hold or reserve them without confirmation. While you expressed initial interest, we did not receive a confirmed commitment within the required timeframe, and the property was subsequently offered to another applicant.
We always aim to respond as promptly as possible, though there may be delays during particularly busy periods.
We appreciate your interest and wish you all the best in finding a property that suits your needs.

What an awesome team!
Just completed the BTL property with Yeti homes Andover and cannot fault the service from start to finish.
Lisha bahini and Jenisha bahini was fantastic,they were helpful,professional and always quick to respond.Nothing was ever too much trouble and they made everything feel easy and stress free.
Highly recommend them and Yeti homes.I will be using Yeti homes again for any future property sales and would definitely recommend Yeti homes Andover to my friends and family.

Excellent Experience with a Fantastic Agent
We had a fantastic experience with this property agency, and especially with our agent, Lakpa. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of finding our new home. We’re moving to a new town with our dog, and Lakpa made sure to find us a pet-friendly property that met all our needs.
The whole team was absolutely professional and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. We were able to sign our tenancy agreement in just two weeks, and they were always quick to respond to any questions we had along the way.
We truly appreciate the support and efficiency of the team—highly recommended!

As a house buyer, we had excellent viewing experience with Yeti Homes
We had one of the best property viewing experiences with Yeti Homes. Their BDM, Lakpa Sherpa, was incredibly meticulous in detailing every key aspect of the property.
While this level of service should be the standard across all estate agencies, our past experiences have shown otherwise. Typically, agents provide little to no information about the property beyond basic introductions like, "This is the living room, kitchen, etc." When asked specific questions, they often need to check and get back to us.
Yeti Homes, however, set a new benchmark with Lakpa’s exceptional service. Every estate agency should take a cue from them and strive to offer the same level of professionalism and expertise.
As happy customers, we truly felt valued in Lakpa’s hands and are hopeful to close on our dream home soon. Thanks a ton, Lakpa!
