I'm a little concerned that most of the reviews here are from some time back - very few from this year, some from 2025 and most from much further back.
I have only just put my Manchester studio with them, so have to reserve judgment for now. Having sent the £250 for their start-up along with required documents, I sit in hope and will post again as things - hopefully - develop.

I cannot express enough how professional and helpful all at Yieldit are. I purchased 2 properties with them and i unfortunately selected nightmare solicitors for both, but Sophie went above and beyond to help and was in constant contact with updates, and if wasn´t for her, for sure, 1 sale would have fallen through. All the staff are polite and they always answer the phone and reply quickly to emails. When im in a position to purchase another property i will certainly be looking at their portfolio 1st, thanks to all the team at Yieldit, Emily

I have sold a couple of my properties using the services of Sophie Willis and her team and would say, they are very much on top of "their game". They are extremely pro-active from receiving instruction to ultimately delivering the end result - a Sale. From organising viewings and receiving "genuine" offers and ensuring that the buyers are in a position to purchase. I cannot find a reason to fault their impeccable service!
