I would highly highly recommend 'your next step' when it comes to anything to do with mortgages. Alan is incredibly friendly, deeply knowledgeable and very insightful. I was kept informed at every stage which was very important to me. He was always contactable and would respond to any communication by myself very rapidly. I would trust no one else with mortgage matters.

Fantastic
The service I received from Your Next Step was fantastic. Alan was always on hand to advise me about my remortgage, explain the different options available and answer any questions I had.
He was very accommodating arranging over the phone consultations at times that best suited me. His professionalism and expertise was superb.

Great service from Alan at Your Next Step!
Alan at Your Next Step has been AMAZING to work with! The process was smooth, hassle free and actioned with complete confidence. Alan was incredibly helpful and made me feel at ease from start to finish. The process was super quick given the changes to interest rates so the speed of action is very much appreciated! The communication we received was excellent and I never felt like even 1 (of my many) questions were silly. First class service and I will certainly be using again in the future and recommending Alan to friends and family :)

Brilliant and very informative service!!
We were really nervous about dealing with our re-mortgage because of frequent news bulletins about rates increasing. We reached out to Alan at Your Next Step, who put our mind at ease, helped us to understand what was going on with the market and explained all our options. We’ve now secured a long-term fixed rate, on a better deal than we expected, and have upgraded our critical illness package onto a much better policy. We are delighted with Alan’s help and support, I would highly recommend Your Next Step for your mortgage and protection needs, 10/10

If only all Mortgage advisors were like Alan
Alan made renewing our mortgage so straightforward and stress free in such hectic times. He was extremely well informed about all the current products on the market. Any questions we had, Alan was there to answer promptly and efficiently. We had been dreading sorting this out and Alan made it a very, dare I say it, pleasant experience!
Myself and my partner have both agreed that Alan will be our go to guy for all things mortgages in the future.
If you decide to go with Alan at Your Next Step you will NOT be disappointed!!!
