Yoeleo Bike Opiniões 

I have now 2 sets of wheels from Yoeleo, and both have flaws on the rear wheel.
One pair has play in the hub, and the other pair is untrue and wobbly.
Both flaws occurred with max 1000km in the...
With all these high value Chinese brands nowadays, it's hard to argument going back to Yoeleo for my upcoming gravel wheelset...

YE20252860 spedizione abbastanza veloce ,subito mi sono accorto che c'è un problema al corpetto Sram XD il 7 Luglio mi hanno risposto quasi subito che volevano le foto foto inviate , dopo mi rispondono che vogliono foto piu dettagliate ok inviate da allora non ho avuto piu risposte ho chiesto anche di fare un reso perche il problema e che la cassetta rimante internamente circa 1,8 mm e il cambio Sram XX SL non si registra e salta la catena perché la cassetta rimane piu all'interno di altre ruote che ho DT SWISS anche questo ho segnalato alle mail che ho inviato alla fine ho messo uno spessore da 1,8 mm e il problema lo risolto metto 5 stelle perché visto che ho risolto un loro errore di progettazione mi hanno rimborsato l’intero importo

I bought a Serk frameset through Yoeleo. When the bike arrived the fork was not as described in their website (they said it could be used with external cable routing). They said it was a manufacturer issue. When I contacted Serk they said that the distributor needed to specify which fork the buyer wanted…as the site said it worked with both there was no option to pick. I now have to either buy a new fork, or new headset/bars/stem. The contact said I should have looked at the pictures and not relied on the description on their website…unbelievable.

Two months have passed since the formal order placement and integral upfront payment for a SAT C45 DB Pro NxT Gravel wheelset. While Yoeleo provided a "local tracking number" on July 8th, the shipment has shown zero physical movement or transit updates since that date.

Issuing a placeholder tracking number—merely to stall the customer without actually dispatching the goods—is an unacceptable commercial tactic. A brand positioning itself as serious and professional cannot operate with such an opaque modus operandi, which is fundamentally incompatible with the regulatory, transparency, and operational standards required by the European market.

Should I not receive verifiable proof of actual physical handover to the courier within 48 hours, I will proceed with a formal report to the competent Trade and Consumer Protection Authorities for deceptive commercial practices, alongside the immediate activation of the financial chargeback procedure.

European professionals and consumers demand accountability. Consider this a formal and public notice.

I bought the gravel bike ( g21) it was supposed to be a complete build. It came mostly with all the parts. It was missing the 2 stem bolts, and a 160mm rear disk. But the biggest problem I have is they shipped me a USED BATTERY FOR MY SRAM derailleur. I bought there top of the line force 13 axs group set with the bike and I got a used battery. I messaged them about all the problems and I got brush off like it's no big deal. I had to source the stem bolts and a 160mm disk myself. They were no help on that part. As for the used battery I still got that because they wanted me to ship the old one to them than they would ship me a new one. So I wouldn't be able to ride the bike until I got a battery for it. I ordered the bike on March 9th and received the bike May 13th. It's a nice bike but just be prepared to source parts and a new battery for a actual complete build.

I was initially hesitant about ordering a wheelset from Yoeleo after reading some of the negative reviews, particularly around slow delivery. However, my experience has been completely positive — my order arrived much faster than expected, thanks to their local representative based in Victoria. After a week of riding, the SAT C38|38 DB PRO has already proven to be a clear upgrade over my previous wheels: smoother, faster, and performing beyond what I anticipated

I was looking for a set of lightweight aero wheels and after reviewing SuperTeam wheels, Farsport Wheels, Elitewheels, Winspace, and ICAN wheels, I decided to purchase the Yoeleo mixed wheels (60 mm rear wheel, 50 mm front wheel). The weight of the wheels are 1330 grams, as light, if not lighter than some of your higher end wheels. The cost was $800.00 as an end of year deal. I've put at least 1000 miles on the wheels. They're awesome...fast, light, stiff, and maintain speed. The wheels also look great on my Madone. I'm very happy with my purchase of these Yoeleo wheels. I also considered that these wheels have steel spokes rather than carbon. The ride has not been harsh. The wheels are stable, roll well, and climb well. I've not had any difficulty rolling on fast group rides with these wheels. They're impressive.

Great price, light wheels. Have been durable with about 3k miles on them so far. True and solid performance.

I purchased the H9 integrated cockpit for my new Van Dessel Arch 65 road bike. Got it at year end and on sale. Great communication and service from Intan to make sure it was the right fit and stack height. After installation I've got 500 miles on it and am very pleased with the fit, finish, and quality. Highly recommended!

More than 60 days and my order is not arrived...
I think this is something to be worried...
And customer services or comunication methods are not good.
I hope they can correct this situation.

I bought an R12 from Yoeleo 3.5 years ago and love it as much as I did on the first day it arrived. So much so I bought a pair of their carbon gravel wheels this year. Throughout both purchases and a handful of smaller ones, the people at Yoeleo Canada were very responsive and helpful. I recommend to everyone on my group rides.

I have been riding Yoeleo road frames for a couple of years after switching from a big-name brand to try and save a little money to afford race/event entry fees. Although a little skeptical at first, my R11 has lived up to, if not exceeded, all my expectations. I have completed numerous events/races and have NO regrets. Although I used my own parts to build the bike, I recently purchased a set of their roadwheels - again, I was very impressed at the level of comfort and performance. The bike and wheels 'punch' way above their price tag, and the customer service has also been stellar. Thank you, Yoeleo!

I made an order for the new NEXT Wheelset. Unfortunately the box was stolen from my door, but they literally sent me a new set in 48 hours. The service from the chat is really great, they answer questions 24 hours a day and the after sales also.

My frame is arrived already damaged. It was a building damage (there was a bubble in the carbon, painted), this happens when you haven’t a real quality control.

Super solid wheels at a very competitive price ! My bike needed a bit of an upgrade and decided on a nice set of carbon wheels. After 2 seasons, I’m still very very satisfied with my purchase and my wheels are still super true !
