Scammers, Fraudsters, and Liars. Unauthorised payment taken for 'Renewal Subscription' at 02:43 UK time for £22.50. Email received saying 'Subscription renewed'. How did they get card and email address details??Immediately blocked card and emailed them for refund and threatened to report them for fraud. They replied with long spiel about how the user HAD to have visited the site, chosen their plan, agreed to T&Cs, and used Face ID or Touch ID to pay with Apple Pay. Well. Husband a)doesn't do yoga, certainly doesn't surf yoga sites at night, b)doesn't use Apple ID, c) isn't awake to use Face ID at 02:43 am. ALL LIES, and they rely on you not checking your outgoing payments hopefully for months on end, and on you giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming that you're the one who signed up accidentally- but you didn't. They refunded the amount, but I bet in their T&Cs they will say they will only refund the last amount paid. Good scam, I'd say. But how did they get our card and email details??

J'ai contacté le service support qui ne trouve pas trace de mes prélèvements malgré toutes les informations fournies (nom, prénom, adresse mail, n° de compte Apple pay, derniers chiffres de ma carte bancaire...etc.). Au moins 10 échanges par mail entre septembre et janvier et les prélèvements continuent. J'ai donc fait opposition à ma carte, mais ma conviction est faite. Regardez tous les avis concernant cette société ! Je suis loin d'être le seul dans cette situation ! Alors si vous entendez parler de cette société, fuyez à toutes jambes...

Absolute SCAM! Never been to their website but received an email saying I had subscribed. I immediately replied telling them to unsub me and I was cancelling the CC.

Tried to take 2nd payment but already blocked through bank. Had to cancel old bank card which was a hassle. Still waiting for 1st payment to be credited.
Supposed invoice has Chicago phone number but payment was made to Nicosia, Cyprus.

Scam. I thought I was buying a game on a website, this was an advert that I clicked by mistake.

Absolute scam I never signed up for this ridiculous website. Trying to cancel now reading other people’s reviews I need to instruct my bank it’s a fraudulent scam and to cancel. These people offer a poor experience and pathetic customer support!!!!! SCAMMERS

Total Scam - I don’t know HOW I subscribed, but apparently I did!! Being disabled & spending all day in bed, I’m unlikely to sign up for a Yoga App!!
Luckily, I noticed this payment leaving my account, and cancelled it!!
