As a solo female traveller, with sometime mobility needs, safety is paramount.

This company is professional and their properties are safe. They are available on phone, email and WhatsApp in case of queries and are helpful around short notice bookings, even with pets.

Yoko Property promote to their guests to use another resident’s parking space at 15 Watson House, Turing Gate as it is the same number as their flat. I have desperately written many times asking them to stop parking there but they ignore me. I started living in the apartment in 2018 because of the space. My brother is disabled. Yoko Property have heartlessly refused to acknowledge my desperate pleas and so I resort to an on line review to try and get them to STOP.

Our staff stayed at one of Yoko’s property in Derby for a month whilst they were working in the area. The house was fantastic and the service was too. Highly recommended!

My family and I recently stayed at Lutterworth House, the house was much larger compared to photos, very clean and was beautifully decorated. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience staying at Yoko property. The serviced apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished – far exceeding my expectations. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and fast Wi-Fi.

The location was ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and transport links, yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. It truly felt like a home away from home.

What stood out most was the service - incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, offering great local recommendations and checking in to make sure everything was perfect.

The property was very clean and had lovely little personal touches such as shampoo/soaps etc - all which was replenished during the midstay cleaning.

All I can say is never again! The property I stayed in was nothing like the pictures completely different! Total disgrace very overpriced for what it is.

One positive note : the cleaners I had for mid-stay were delightful ( young girl and boy) very well mannered very helpful nothing was too much for them and credit goes out to them.

Firstly I got to say a huge thank you for all the prompt replies on emails andwhatspp which is always a brilliant sign from the start.The instructions for apartment & self check-in was clear. The property was clean which is very important to me, the location is great all shops around and easy access.The staff are brilliant and professional which makes everything so much more enjoyable with the welcoming of hospitality, the essentials for the property was good and stocked up eg. Tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, washing tablets, towels,etc were catered even spare batteries for TV remote. I definitely recommend it, I am having a brilliant stay and I am extending my stay as very comfortable. A massive thank you!!

Had the pleasure to stay at one of yoko propertys amazing homes for a couple it's was like a home from home and would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for some where to stay.

Do not use this company they are awful, took over management of a property I had already booked, refused to honor the booking with the previous management company, made me rebook with them now I've spent over 6 months trying to get a refund and no-one taking responsibility. Next step small claims court. Don't book a holiday with this company they will cancel your bookings or rip you off.

Amazing two month stay in one of yoko properties in broughton the house was so beautiful five bedrooms house was clean and beautiful designs in every room amazing quality the sofa was so huge and comfy the garden is amazing me and the kids was so sad to leave wish we could have stayed longer all staff and everyone was amazing kind Caring and so helpful really was a great stay we thank you yoko all of you and hope to be back in the future :) your properties are a real credit to you and all staff thank you for making our two month stay magical and I definitely recommend to anyone yoko properties are worth the stay and definitely all the staff I spoke to was amazing no faults at all me and the kids will miss you yoko all of you and your beautiful home :)

Stayed for a week during the kid's summer break, the house was really clean and the location was ideal for the kids being just a short walk to Redcar beach.
