It’s a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. They never shipped my order. There is no customer service. A real scam.

I ordered 2 gowns online from this company with express shipping in the beginning of June. I received the order a month later and when I opened the package I was devastated to see what looked like a pattern for the 2 gowns. Together they may be equal to 1 sheer curtain. It was a disgrace. They say if you are not satisfied you are guaranteed a refund. First of all the first number they provided on the website was not valid, so I emailed them with the pictures of what I ordered vs what I received, copy of my receipt with order number and a copy of their 100% refund policy if not satisfied only to receive a response " what's the order #?" I responded with the same attached receipt with order # and also wrote it. I told them I wanted a full refund to my account immediately. They replied that they would once I returned the garments with tracking # using my own money. I told them that I would be reporting them for false advertisement & not adhering to their own policy . I refuse to give them anymore money and do not trust that even if I did spend money shipping back these imitations that I would be guaranteed a refund since it took over 30 days just to get what was supposed to arrive to me with 7-9 days. I do not even know if this is a real company since they advertise as Semmil but want me to ship back to yolochill. I want my refund and for this company to advertise what they are really selling.

Honestly this yolochill is complete fraud. My experience with them has made me stop buying on the internet without first checking reviews. I ordered 2 jeans trousers and a shirt. For Gad sake it took more than 2 months for one of the jeans and the shirt to be delivered to me and lo and behold when I received the order the jeans was not my size and the shirt was so inferior that it did not look like what I ordered. The jeans was totally different from what I ordered. As if that’s not enough I reached out to them several times but they never responded. So they did not deliver my 3rd order and never reach out to me again. So folks be warned this yolochill is nothing but a fraudulent scam

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from Yolochill and I did not receive one of the jeans that I ordered and the 2nd pair they sent the wrong size! I contacted them through email and got NO response, Absolutely ridiculous! NO customer service whatsoever. Do not order from them!

Yet again another internet company that can’t get sizing correct. My item didn’t even have a label attached. Was sent a different shirt than originally offered - on asking for replacement was only offered a 30% refund!!!! Do not buy from this company

Es una estafa, las fotos son de ropa muy chula y luego cuando llega se parece, pero es de una calidad ínfima. Una auténtica basura. He tenido que tirar botas y camisas nada más recibirlas porque ni siquiera se pueden vestir. No compréis.

Complete scam. Returned the rubbish they sent me months ago. No refund. No response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Can't even leave a no star review , extremely poor quality, bad cuts, no eye holes in the jeans,the demin virtually see through, leg length on one pair ,makes them almost shorts...as for the boots, pvc with no structure...pantomime costumes are better, can't even pass them on to charity...avoid ordering from them

Ordered 3 items from the website after seeing an advert on Instagram (should've been my first clue). From date of order it took nearly 8 weeks for the first item to arrive. The other 2 items have yet to be delivered.
I ordered "Vintage Wide Striped Cotton Canvas Motorcycle Straight Pants" in a 42" waist. The in-seam might've been 42" but the waist was closer to 38". Very shoddily made (seams not straight, no re-enforcing behind zipper) from some kind of nylon material, the kind that you would expect an incredibly cheap Halloween costume to be made from that gives you pause before standing near a heat source, for fear that they will melt into your skin. It
definitely isn't cotton, let alone canvas.
In conclusion YOLOCHILL is a scam, akin to WISH.com

Jeg forventede at modtage et par håndsyede læderstøvler i god kvalitet. Jeg modtog et par billige plastikstøvler som ikke har noget med kvalitet at gøre.
Jeg anbefaler alle andre kunder, at holde sig langt væk fra Yolochill.com. Det er ikke værd at smide penge efter. samlet set en trist oplevelse og en vare som er lige til at smide ud.

ESTAFA. Los productos de pésima calidad, no se ajustan nada a las fotografías que publican, son como imitaciones baratas. Después te dicen que tú pagas los gastos de devolución y que hasta que no lo reciban no te devuelven el dinero, pero los costes del envío no pueden superar los 15€ porque ellos no pagan aduana, así que si son varias prendas como en mi caso, habría que devolverla en varios paquetes por separado porque los envíos a china son caros. En correos me indican que la dirección que me han dado de devolución parece falsa y que no me fie y no lo mande, que ya han visto varios casos, así que me tengo que comer la basura de ropa que he comprado por 80€ que no voy a poder ni revender, eso no sirve ni para hacer trapos de limpieza. El karma existe.

Really bad experience, took so long to get my package and they sent me the wrong one, I ask for refund and return the package and they want me to pay for the shipping all the way to China, that it cost 20 to 40 dls. When I pay less than 60 dls. for the shoes that I ordered ,I'm not going to pay for the return, now they told me to keep the shoes and they will send me 16 dls. The shoes are women's shoes,or they look like, I'm a 56 year old man, I guess this happens when you buy cheap stuff from china, very disappointed, never never I will buy from this site, is a scam, not happy with this company....

Come temevo sito truffa. Le cose ordinate non corrispondono affatto alle foto del sito. Le foto del sito sono false. La merce inviata è molto diversa dalle foto pubblicate. Statene lontani.
