I bought one just under a year ago and I still haven’t received it, when I got in contact with them after waiting 3 months they told me they had shipped my order so it wasn’t there problem so I had to get in contact with my courier which they told me they didn’t have it and I still have the email saying it’s being prepared and not shipped so I don’t know who’s lying but I lost £20

Outright false advertising. Ring was similar to but clearly not the one pictured. What I got was considerably lower quality. It looked like a much worst artist did a poor job of making a low quality copy with only the picture used in the advertisement to base it on. The face is flat and ugly, several features are missing out change. The band has less depth. They did not send me what they claimed, this is fraudulent. Paid over 30$ for this trash and I still would have been deeply dissatisfied if I'd paid 10$. This is like a ring you get from a quarter machine at the grocery store. Weird part is I didn't think this is any cheaper to make so why not just advertise this? Immoral practices and they're in China so the trouble of a return is ridiculous. I guess they just got away with the con with be. Do not buy or trust anything from this company. They are liars.

High Quality phone case

Very simple from view to order and kept up to date all the way to delivery

It’s a shame because I’ve ordered two phone cases with this company previously, and had no issues. But I recently ordered one of their Hashira iPhone cases and the quality was awful. The design printed came off within a day, and within a week most of it had ripped off completely.

I contacted them on the 17th October and got a reply that I’d receive a replacement and tracking details. By the 7th November I’d received no replacement or tracking details so I contacted them again. No reply.

I’ve emailed them again today asking for a refund (13th November now) so we’ll see if my issue finally gets resolved. I don’t think it’s fair for anyone to have to chase a company up when they’ve said they’d issue you with a replacement.

Im really disappointed by my experience and the quality of my product and I don’t think I’ll be order from here again because of that.

I had received my parcel well packaged. The product itself is amazing but it could be better if a camera lens protection was included for an extra amount of money.

I am super surprised about how well done these cases are. I was a bit skeptic considering the new iPhone had just come out and I ordered cases for it before I even received the phone but it’s so good! I love it. I’ll be ordering more!
