I am very patient but I bought the product in June 2, 2026 and up to now no product. Contacted on the site it keeps deflecting me. I signed in on my, profile no orders in my name.

They have to have better system of inquiries about orders. My package arrived yesterday no email no answers. I already went to my bank and cancelled my payment now I’ll change it and be done with this online store

I have seen new growth on my scalp after washing my hair with this product for 3-4 weeks now. I wash my hair with it every 2-3 days! I would highly recommend it. My hair was thinning and dropping from stress and hormonal imbalance. I started to see my scalp through my hair, then my mom also said something about and it freaked me out even more! I took a chance and bought this product and I don't regret it!!! Thank you!

Very happy with my bar shampoo. Have only used it twice. I have noticed that my scalp crown is less oily which is great. Looking forward to seeing hair growth as well

I never received my order and also, I have been reaching out to customer service and no one has responded. The package was supposed to be delivered but then it got sent back to its courier after they did not get delivered to a safe locker. Would not recommend this business at all, absolute waste of money and zero customer service.

An update on this: The business reached back out and said there was no record of emails being sent out to their email which was the BIGGEST lie ever told. Both emails have been sent on 6th and 7th May which have been more than a month ago now and they have not said one thing useful at all. No order received, and no refund either. Please future note to all customers - do not ever purchase anything from Yoracare, they are a scam and don't have any professionalism for resolving problems. Take your money elsewhere and please do not waste your time.

This product made my hair dry and frizzy instead of improving its condition. I also noticed that my hair shed more than usual, even though the product claims to help reduce hair shedding. Unfortunately, it had the opposite effect on my hair.

I really like the shampoo. I've definitely noticed new small hairs growing and my scalp feels clean. The only negative is how long it takes to arrive but I guess that's because we're so used to immediate delivery these days.

I have been using the Yaracare Korean Scalp revival soap for around three weeks now, I can definitely say I can see a difference in the thickness, health and general look of my hair. I will definitely be buying more and continuing to use the soap as a regular routine. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

My hair and scalp feels and looks better. I've washed my hair 5 times and do notice considerably less hair loss.

I love the fresh smell . I got surprised with the tingling feeling on the scalp. Can say anything else because I have only used for a week.

I ordered 2 bars of the shampoo months ago and still not delivered. I’ve emailed Yora 3 times now and I’ve checked with local courier who have confirmed the parcel has not yet been handed to them. So I assume the parcel is lost and have asked for a replacement or refund but no response yet. Very disappointing so please just refund me my money asap. You replied to say you’ve responded several times which is not true and you definitely didn’t respond to my latest email on 15th May which asked for either a refund or an express delivery of replacement bars

I was very dubious to begin with. I was so surprised just using it once my hair feels so soft and thicker. Even my husband noticed! I didn't even need to use conditioner. I have ordered 2 more bars. Really good for the environment, no plastic waste. I cannot recommend this enough.

Leaves my hair feeling fresh and clean, lathers up like a dream. Smells Medicinal but it's not a bad sent.

I was very happy with the results of using the product for the fist time. The shine and body is wonderful.
