Our 9 year old has had chroic stomach aches, so we finally decided to do some testing. We discovered he reacts high to cows milk and wheat! I really appreciated that you get an included nutritionist consultation after the allergy test. Kerri was helpful with ideas on what to swap and the pace that could help. We have already seen improvement. I would highly recommend York Test.

I have always thought that I have had a food allergy. I would eat some food and start sneezing.
I took the York test in December 2025. There were 3 things that came back as "Highly Reactive". Pork, cow's milk and wheat. 6 others that were "Borderline" - cabernet sauvignon, cranberry, gluten (gliadin), egg white, white fish mix, and hops. I decided to eliminate these food items from my diet.
It has now been 3 months since I have eliminated those food items. While this in no way is a controlled scientific experiment, I can share what a difference this has made for me. After three months I have noticed a reduction in lethargy, greater ability to control my appetite, significant reduction in joint pain, and a reduction in stomach irritation.
I recently had a full panel of blood work done. There were only 3 tests that were only slightly outside of reference ranges.
My primary care doctor informed me that I was no longer prediabetic.
Now these are my results and are particular to my experience.
What the York test has done for me is given me a reference plane for me to make, what I consider, an effective change to my diet.

Yorktest was very efficient in processing my test. From the day I mailed it in to the day I received my results was only 7 days! The instructions were very easy to follow when collecting my samples. The results were extremely helpful as I’m trying to figure out what to eliminate in my diet to feel my best.

I’ve been dealing with food allergies and sensitivities as long as I can remember. Allergy testing 15 yrs ago resulted in many dietary restrictions. I’ve since learned that food sensitivities are a major part of my problem. Using York testing, I retested for allergies & tested for sensitivities. Testing revealed wheat and gluten issues. Eliminating both has been a game changer in my journey. I didn’t give 5 stars because I have a known casein (milk protein) allergy which neither York allergy nor sensitivities testing picked up. I’ve since learned that my strict avoidance of dairy could have prevented a positive reaction in the testing. Regardless, I’m getting a better understanding of what I can and can’t eat and I’m feeling better.

I was referred to York Test Labs by my massage therapist. I am post menopausal and struggling with weight gain. The York experience was outstanding. I did both a food sensitivity and food allergy test. Excellent company to work with and the process was easy. Shipping took longer than expected, but it all worked out. They gave us a free nutritionist consultation with our child’s allergy test which is so helpful considering we need to change her diet completely. We discovered her high reactivity to cows milk, wheat, gluten, and soy thanks to YorkTest! She is also non verbal and autistic so discovering this took a lot of work. Thanks a bunch YorkTest!

Helpful and down to earth. The dietician won’t give you a personalized plan but she can give you some recommendations on how to navigate your food allergies and what exactly the tests means.
