Does not fit without cutting if you have a front camera.

I purchased the Pro Front Grille Tacoma (2016-2023) based on what their website says and what I was told by their rep Cameron that both say "Vehicles with a front camera will reuse the OEM camera mount that directly bolts onto our grille." That is absolutely false, you have to cut a section out of their grille to install the factory front mount camera into the mount they include. I sent a message through their website and after 5 days received the same false information. I tried to call them at the phone number they supplied to my credit card company only to find out its an invalid number. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Went to the Toyota dealer and ordered the OEM grille (part# PT228-35200-AA) for $179.04, plus tax that has the Silver letters and location for the factory camera, no cutting required.

Stay away from them

Stay away from them. The are marketing a 6th generation 4Runner Roof Rack Delete with the 5th Generation parts which can harm the vehicle. The wrong bracket. The wrong bolts. The wrong molding. You will only figure it out after you remove the rack and try to put their junk on to realize you just wasted and doubled your time. NO 800 number to call so they can ignore your emails. This is why dealerships stay in business with this aftermarket BS

They do NOT communicate

They do NOT communicate. They take your money, and have no communication or shipping info.

I ordered twice in 2025. The first order was back ordered even though their website said it was in stock. When it shipped, I was missing items, and had to reach out. They had to send a missing item that they charged me for and didn’t supply.

I ordered a grille on Black Friday that said was in stock. Again, no communication, I had to reach out and ask for information. They informed me that parts were back ordered (of course) and I’d need to wait a little longer, but they’d go ahead and ship out what they did have. When I received the partial shipment, they didn’t ship out what they said they were shipping, and the part that they originally told me that was backordered was in that shipment!

Of course, I reached out again. They told me that they were waiting on a part that was back ordered, that they didn’t originally mention, and told me this was another 4 weeks lead time( this was at the 6+ week point) THIS WASNT A CUSTOM PART. For a total of about 10 weeks lead time. Prior to that they sent me tracking info for a “label created” and it of course didn’t ship. Then, they opened a case for a “lost shipment” and told me “I hope this helps!”

Nope.

I paid $500 for some Chinese mass produced crap, and they haven’t sent it.

Their customer service is via email only, and they have a plea asking you to be patient, since they are a small business. If you email them on a Thursday you’d be lucky to hear back by the following Friday.

They do nothing to make things right, and only ask for your patience as the customer since they can’t handle their business.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM
THEM.
