Not a good Buying Experience
Not a good experience purchasing from this company. They upload shipping information that was not correct, and shipping took a very long time. It took almost a month to receive part of my order. And when you reach out to them, they will say “we are very disappointed you are not more patient”. Not a good experience.

Product arrived just as advertised and price was lower than other retailers on line. Delivery time was a bit extended, which is the only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars.

Rolex Batman from YouArrived
I bought a Rolex Batman from YouArrived. I live in Denmark and was worried initially about how the transport would work. They offered me a couple of options, one was a hand delivery and the other was armed courier.
I got the watch, it was as advertised on the site and I'm super happy. I will be back!

YouArrived had a rare Patek listed on…
YouArrived had a rare Patek listed on its website and we inquired without thinking anyone would bother to respond. We had tried a number of other places and everyone said it was out of stock.
Within 12 hours we had a response from their customer service saying they had the watch and could provide it. To give us complete comfort they offered Escrow as payment so we didn't have to hand money over to a company we had never worked with.
After we funded the escrow account, the watch was delivered within a week via armed courier to me in HK.
The ONLY issue was that the price did change on us. The list price on the website was not fully accurate. Wasn't super happy about it but the increase was minimal and unlike most others, they had the watch to ship.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy or sell with them.

A+ customer service. I was concerned this wasn't a real business, as I was ordering something that is sold out elsewhere, but Seth was incredibly responsive by email and kept in touch with me throughout the long shipping process from Australia to the US. Thank you!

Received the product quickly

I tried everywhere for a particular watch and no one had it. These guys had it and it's now under the Christmas Tree well in time for Christmas. Very happy.
