They were responsive through every step of the way. They were available to answer any questions and responded quickly

I requested a consultation and was called by a paralegal who was extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She had a poor attitude and didn't want to be bothered with ny case. When I asked to speak to someone else, she refused and ended the call. This is definitely not the type of service I was expecting and I'm not willing to spend my hard earned money on people like that. Good luck to everyone else.
