I'm always disappointed
I'm always disappointed, because they don't take off the website what's been sold out, so your going from page to page looking at sold out clothes. But I did manage to get PJ's, shorts set. For £5.00 bargains, I ordered 2 sets, from Primark & I should have paid £13.00 a set.

Really good experience apart from delivery. Yodel are rubbish. Gave a pickup point that isn't available. Their app doesn't work. I would've given 5 stars but Yodel as 'You know who's' chosen delivery service ruined it. Clothes are great, prices fantastic. Well packaged. Just wish there was another delivery option.

I am very disappointed with my recent order. I ordered a jacket in size 16 but received a size 18 instead. I have sent several emails requesting a return label and asking how to return the jacket for a refund, but I have not received any response.
It’s very frustrating not to have any contact or support from your company after multiple attempts. I would appreciate it if someone could urgently get in touch with me to arrange the return and refund for the jacket I paid for.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from your company until customer service improves.

Excellent prices.Delivery took a long time. Some items returned, refund given very quickly. Will buy from here again but could I suggest that the composition of the garments are given. I cannot wear wool so avoid buying jumpers because I don't know. What they contain.

Excellent quality and value for money
My order was delivered promptly and in excellent condition. One of the items in my order was out of stock so was a little disappointed as this wasn't mentioned when I ordered it. This is the reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 as the 2 items I received were great quality and great value for money. I paid twice as much for a pair of the same white trousers last year which were exactly the same quality.

Placed an order specifically for a jacket and ordered more than I needed. Latest update email this morning saying I had a partial refund for the one item I desperately needed. Order being delivered tomorrow. Absolutely shocking and no direct contact number to cancel the order. Will stick to a shop in future.
I rang a store 15 miles away and managed to get the item. Sadly I had to go collect but at least I have it. Use your local stores if you can the staff in Llandudno and Rhyl have been amazing thank you Debbie and Helen and your staff.

I'm really upset and disappointed with the company,they used Yodel to deliver and my parcel has been delivered to somewhere random, still no response from you know who or a refund. Unacceptable customer service.

I purchased a black jacket. It is a River lsland jacket priced at £49, l paid £10. Its a perfect addition to any outfit.
It was easy to navigate the YKW website, both ordering and delivery was a reliably good experience.
