My experience was first class. The medical assessment was straight forward, just make sure you bring along all that is needed, plus fill in the forms where necessary beforehand.

As a truck driver
As a truck driver, the ease of booking was great. The location and availability of timeslots at Premier Inn Cribbs is also highly useful for me and others I would imagine. Hi, thank you for your review.
We received an email from you the day before your appointment to say that you no longer needed a medical. If this was incorrect and you simply needed to change the date, we are more than happy to accommodate this.
Our cancellation policy is clear in our terms and conditions that we require 48 hours notice in order to offer a full refund. This is standard in the industry, usually its 3-4 days before the appointment date.
