Your Everlasting Rose 

Item comes in a box u have to assemble yourself unless you are a florist the paper they give you to wrap is basic paper just rips and will not fold around neatly and the tie they give to finish won't stay as its material going around a sheet of actual paper slips straight of instructions are basic ended up in bin 37 quid please everyone avoid

Order did not get delivered after over a month of waiting, have tried contacting via the website and responding to the order email in the hopes of an update but have had no contact from any rep

Another beautiful piece. Good value and the second purchase made for the company along with a beautifully hand written card with the flower as it was a valentines gift. A little more special as I couldn't be at home with serving overseas. Delivered safely and was warmly welcomed and looks beautiful. I should have bought this one ages ago but didn't!..so got it this time round! Very happy

Ordered on the 21st Jan....posted 27th Jan.....3rd Feb still awaiting delivery....no doubt post office and covid will get the blame. one unhappy customer....

Not packaged very well so the gift bag it came in was damaged; was unable to give this to the person I was buying the gift for. The glass dome the rose arrived in was also dirty, had visible marks on it as where you could see it wasn’t very well made. The ribbon around the dome also was messy, you could see all the excess glue where it had been stuck on. Not very happy with my purchase, I wouldn’t buy again.

Arrived in prompt time & was wrapped up beautifully with a card, tissue paper & gift bag all included. The price was more expensive than other sites I had browsed but I felt it was worth it for the quality & choices provided. A unique & personal keepsake for my mum at Xmas.

The gift I bought from Everlasting Rose was absolutely beautiful! I'm so glad I found it online for an amazing present for my best friends 40th birthday. Seller wrote to let me know after paying online that my order could not be completed due to unforseen circumstances (out of stock) and offered to let me buy anything else on the website for a small discount instead. I asked to cancel my order and refund me instead, but I did not hear back from them until more than two weeks later after I had received the money back through my credit card provider. They were very insistent that we had spoken on the phone and that they had already refunded me. Overall this was an annoying experience which could have been a lot worse had I paid using my debit card, so be careful.

I cannot rate this company high enough. I was due to propose to my girlfriend when I received a very late cancellation for flowers similar (not as good!). On receiving this news I frantically searched for others, no company would be able to arrange at such short notice, however I then found your everlasting rose. Austin at your everlasting rose on hearing my dilemma ensured the roses arrived in time for the proposal. Austin and the team at your everlasting rose are awesome and made a special day even nicer. I bought one for my friends Birthday & she absolutely loves it, lovely packaging too!

Absolutely over the moon with the hanging roses I brought. Amazing value for money. I ordered three and each one came with their own gift bag, which had labels on so I didn’t have to unwrap each one to see what colour was what, they’re wrapped beautiful and each have a card inside which I can write a message. I will definitely purchase again, cannot stress enough how pleased I am. Thank you!!

Excellent service, hand delivered and on seeing my wife leave the house waited for her to drive off before delivering the gift. Seems simple but not something most people would have the presence of mind to do. Great product and fantastic all round experience, many thanks.

Bought single rose in hanging glass ornament for an 80th birthday gift, although I did not see the final product as I had it delivered directly, the recipient was very happy. Within the cost is a tree planted in dedication which actually makes this great value for money. I paid for special delivery and it was processed and delivered within 2 days which is excellent service. I thoroughly recommend.
