Your First Aid is based in Kent and is able to supply courses in the South East and nationwide across the Country. Our first aid courses are practical and hands-on giving you the practical experience that you need to be confident with your abilities to perform First Aid should the need arise. Chris worked for many years in the construction industry before heading into training. He is also an NVQ Assessor and IQA Working along side the First Aid Training he qualified as First Responder on Scene and now provides Medic cover at music festivals, film sets and many other events. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in training within the industry dealing with major incidents. Chris and the team pass on their experiences during the training courses and communicate well with students, in a fun, educational way knowing that their training can literally be life saving and understanding what each student faces. Whatever your first aid training needs are, we are here for you and our most popular courses include: First Aid at Work First Aid at Work Requalification Course Automated External Defibrillator user Our courses, can be delivered in person, in a physical location, online and even at your workplace or home. Not every course can be ‘off the shelf’. In addition to ‘off the shelf’ first aid courses, we also offer and provide bespoke and tailored health and safety training courses. These courses are aimed at meeting your exact and specific requirements when you have specific subjects to be covered within your health and safety staff training.

Brilliant trainer

Did a EPFA course with Chris. Enjoyed the course more than I thought I would - he was a great teacher, got us involved and cracking jokes. He came across experienced in his field and I would be happy to have in again

Excellent course.

Cracking chap, informative, and light hearted. Always happy to help and answer any questions and give additional helpful information as well. Recommended highly and will definitely book again.

Excellent course, great day

Excellent course with Chris. Clear explanations and very informative course. Course was fun, if that’s applicable for something so serious. Hoping I never need to use this but confident if I need to.
