It is just difficult to understand what process is going on at any given point and what we need to do in that process to have everything accomplished on time complete and accurate. It would be nice to have a number so we can talk to a individual to help understand where the case is and at what point to do all paperwork on our end in case the spouse is not able to talk to another spouse.

Just get an attorney
After you pay the initial $69 you get hit with multiple pay walls of $120+ and customer service is a nightmare, you can get all these forms from your local court website and fill them out just the same. You're better off getting an attorney or just getting the forms for free from the court.
