It takes too long to process the application and for one of the representatives to get back to us and I think it’s pricey for what we’re paying. It’s very inconvenient when we’re trying to get in our divorce ASAP and it’s taking longer than it should’ve to go and review our paperwork and to get back to us in a timely manner

For one they advertise a divorce for…
For one they advertise a divorce for $69. I have spent well over $300 and am expecting to have to contribute more. Furthermore, I am being charged $99 dollars a month until I can get my divorce finalized. To top all this off, the paper work keeps getting sent back to me for corrections that are so petty that I am sure they are only doing this to ensure it takes more than a month so they can get another $100 dollars from me. If it’s going to cost people $300 or $400 by the time the divorce is finalized then how can you advertise for $69?

They are precise and any questions they get to them. The only criticism would be that I had papers in review for a week. But now they are usually 3 days out. Great service, should have done e sooner.
