We had a wonderful experience with Andrew and the team. They conducted a thorough consultation and when we hired them to do the work they ran into several more issues than anticipated and went above and beyond to address said issues, even coming back a second and third time to handle them. We are looking forward to helping them maintain our home!

Andrew and his team did a thorough and very enlightening sweep of my house. Immediately, the day after they left, I felt a difference in the temperature and comfort levels of my house. I'm very happy with the work they did; it was long overdue!

Andrew and his team went above and beyond expectations. They installed a new dryer vent cover because ours was so old it wouldn’t close. They cleaned our 60 year old cast iron radiators so well I had to turn the heat down because we were sweating! With 3 kids and a dog this gives us piece of mind that our house is being taken care of so we can relax and enjoy a little bit of free time.

Andrew and his team were great. They were courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and flexible in the way they worked (knowing that we had a toddler with an inconvenient nap schedule). It was actually amazing seeing what we weren’t doing in terms of maintenance on our appliances, and frankly, it isn’t something we will ever do on our own. Our utility bills have already gone down thanks to Andrew. We have a 5 year old (new) air conditioning system and my husband's home office was always hot even when the rest of the house was freezing. The company that installed the unit came out to try to fix it at least 1/2 dozen times with no success. Andrew was able to solve the problem and lower our monthly bill! I am so happy that I chose Andrew of Home UpKeepers to help me with the maintenance of my home. He is fantastic and provides a very valuable service. He inspected and serviced all the appliances, plus areas of my home I never even think about, such as the bathroom exhaust fans, fireplace ash pit, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. I was particularly impressed with how thoroughly Andrew cleaned my dryer vent. In addition to the vent, he actually cleaned the interior of the dryer to remove any lint that could cause a fire or reduce efficiency. I was also impressed how Andrew took the time to explain how the various systems need to be maintained and provided me with a check list of recommended maintenance. I knew I needed this service but I didn’t realize how badly I needed it. I honestly had filters in appliances that I never knew had filters. Everything from the air my family breathes, the water we drink, the dishes we eat off are all cleaned and better. And the smell of the clothes out of our washer and dryers is gone.

Excellent service. Showed up on time. Simplified a complicated process for me. Got the job done in an extremely convenient way. Was excited to do dirty work that I hate doing. I’m busy, so it’s nice to have something important taken care of without having to think or break the bank.
