My experience was great! I booked an appointment for a mechanic to come and he came the next day. Andrew Fuson was so helpful and professional. He led me through his inspection and diagnosis of my car's problem, and patiently answered all my questions. It is worth contacting Wrench/Yourmechanic if you need help.

The mechanics did not show for appointment and did not inform me twice the third I was called to reschedule but could not adjust my schedule and was cancaled.

Primera experiencia asido mala , el servicio no tan bueno , no eh recibido una llamada para saber el proceso con mi garantía aún sigo esperando respuesta, tengo que llamar constantemente para preguntar y nadie me da una respuesta, no sé si solo me a sucedido a mi , en mi opinión no puedo recomendarlos si les pasará igual que a mí.

I wasted weeks trying to get my van fixed!I paid for a service autozone &advance auto do free. I needed a mechanic so after diagnostic was told “ easy 1 hour job replacement of throttle body. I was told “ we have to refund your prepaid payment over $900 minus the diagnostics cost . We have to start all over. I will never go through this nightmare again

very disappointment due to I made an appointment online and then get an email an hour later that it will be cancelled. but had to call to to find out it was a schedule conflict. why make one online. The company should have found someone else to do the job,

Easy and convenient. The mechanic was respectful and fast. Best if you need to do a quick oil change and basic car check.

My mechanic Ceasar Sallah came on time was very proffecinal,did the job efficently in a timely mannor

Got a appointment. 3 hrs turned into 2 days . Me having to rent a car. Mechanic looked me said my car was fixed .drove it 23 miles and the car is doing exactly the same. Still has oil leak and still antifreeze resovour has motor oil in it. 278$ and I can't get ahold of anyone..it's been over a month. I've tried contacting all ways possible and I can't get warrenty to call back I can't get help from emails phone calls letters messages. They are not backing or helping me in any way. I even contacted the CEO ed Petersen and he won't reply. What's next

Scheduled an appointment 4-days in advance. Received confirmation the day before. Mechanic never showed. Looking at reviews it seems this is VERY common. These are third party mechanics. They could not even get in contact with the mechanic to see where he was.

If you don't want a 50% chance of wasting your day. Do not use this company. Pretty simple.

They do not honor their warranties. I had them replace a starter last December, and it already went bad. They will not return my calls or emails.

I tried to make a warranty claim as my battery had stopped working within the warranty. After calling the first time, the assured that I would be contacted to setup an appointment in the next 24-48 hours. 2 weeks later and multiple of my own calls back, still no appoint to get me battery replaced. I tried speaking to a manager or someone with authority to handle my situation, but they just push back and say they cannot do that. Ridiculous customer service and would never recommend this company to anyone.

I requested a battery change and the mechanic quickly swapped it out in mere minutes. Then he explained to me what to look out for and the entire process was smooth.

It can be devastating when you go to start you're car and nothing happens.😬🫤 I found this site and made an appointment for the next day to do a simple diagnostic check. 😌However, when the mechanic Nolan arrived, after just about 20 mins of being here, I heard the engine running!🤯😲 He did the diagnostic check, and then fixed the issue and got my car started and running again! 😍 Also, he told me about a few issues that needed to be addressed to ensure my car continued to be a reliable form of transportation for me. 😀 I highly recommend this site and specifically Nolan in Tucson, AZ should you ever need help 😁👍🏼✌🏼

Mechanic person was on time, patient and honest. JOB WELL DONE!!!

Mechanic was very knowledgeable about the repairs being requested. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and, more importantly, correctly. I have had no additional issues from repairs.

Wrong size parts were brought for the job in which the mechanic canceled; however I was charged the cancelation fee, seems unfair.
