They tell you they can reward you in 3 business days. That is a lie. If you believe that you are wasting your time.

i only got paid twice and after that i been doing surveys and not getting my points or money. how can i email them. they are liars saying i do not have valid paypal address. well how you send the 1st 2 payments.LAIRS

I have subscribed to this special website in the opinion polls and submitted its demands for amazon reward geft card more than 5 months ago and it has not been sent to me until now, it is a fraudulent site that exploits the money of its customers, please be careful not to subscribe to them, it is one of the worst sites for opinion polls

I have received one payment so far and that was after I wrote a review on Trustpilot. I have now requested further redemption several times and not received anything as yet

They say it takes 3 days to get your rewards but I'm still waiting. It's been almost 2 weeks & still says pending so I believe this company is a SCAM & somehow needs to be shut down. If I could show a screenshot I would show it.

This site is a con, don't use. I had built up 45 $ in credit went to redeem it and they said my account was permanently suspended and I couldn't claim the credit I had earned. No reason was given.

The company does not respond to emails. I have had a payment pending for 2 months.

It is a liar community and a scammer, I do not advise anyone to deal with it or join it... I have not been paid my money dues for more than two months, and although I have contacted customer support several times without a response, beware of dealing with this community because it is a scam...

It is a bad site after the effort to collect 2000 points and I send them the Amazon Gift card. The information on the site will be processed within 3 days and so far it has been 17 days and I have not been rewarded. It is a liar site and a thief stealing effort and time. I do not recommend going to this site because it is a cheat.

Bad redemption process, I had a Paypal payment since August/2021, it has been a long time and no way to contact their customer service, I don't recommend this site for anyone.

It clearly states that Amazon gift card will be sent in 3 days. It’s now day 6 and not a peep.
Furthermore there is no link on their page to send them a message of inquiry or complaint.! A complete misrepresentation. They have some serious issues to address.
My advice is to abandon hope all ye who enter here.
An update…. we are ready to start the month of April and still nothing to show for my $30+ in American currency owed. They do not respond to email and have rejigged their page to specifically say they pay out in 3 days. It’s all smoke and mirrors. So don’t sign on as you will be disappointed… and for any of the companies that are paying to have surveys and opinions… be forewarned that this company is corrupt and your association with them will reflect badly on your reputation and will kill your business.

I had a PayPal redemption that took several weeks, and an Amazon redemption that was relatively quick, but now I have been waiting over a month for a PayPal redemption while amassing new points that cannot be redeemed at all while the PayPal request is "pending" - and of course there is zero response to any of my many emails.

The company does not respond to emails. I have had a payment pending for 2 months.

Tried to do surveys with them for a long time but didn't gain a single point even though had lots of email invites. I ignored them for months. Then tried again today & wow another survey screen out then tried one last survey & they said the following below:

'This Account has been Permanently Suspended
As a result of one or more violations of our Terms and Conditions, access to Peanut Labs Surveys and Offers has been suspended for this account etc.'

Of course I did NOTHING wrong but at least I don't have to deal with this useless site again.

I pulled my Amazon card over 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived

They contradict themselves it says on the site you can redeem for your points by Amazon, Paypal or Woolworth anytime but recommend waiting until you have 100 points so that you will get at least a dollar. The surveys sent by email are sent a lot & say that you will be rewarded right away maybe that's true as far as points but good luck getting them redeemed. I have redeemed for a Amazon card a few times which is supposed to take at most 3 days & Paypal a couple of times which suppose to take about a week. I most recently redeemed for a Amazon card about a week ago and tried to get in touch with them by email a couple of times and haven't heard back & haven't gotten rewarded. There is no way to know how to contact them on their site. The only way I was able to contact them was looking at small writing at the bottom of their emails they send. I was able to get rewarded after contacting them the other times but haven't been rewarded the most recent time even after contacting them a few times.

No support whatsoever. I have been trying to resolve an issue for nearly two months. I’ve sent at least a 1/2 dozen email inquiries with no response. Don’t bother joining. You can expect any questions/issues to be ignored.
