Precious moment put into a photo
I went through so many little websites to see what I could get for my daughter who just recently lost for precious dog when I ran into this site. I just kept going back putting pictures together. Finally, I saw one that did that was just so touching to me and I appreciated it so much we had one little air, but they quickly fix that for me and I was able to get it to her so thank you so much for this beautiful portrait. I actually kept looking for myself. It’s just a moment I won’t forget again thank you so much. It’s more than I expected.

I will file a complaint with Visa credit card to see if they can help, since I got no response from 2 emails to you.

We have already replied to your email and clearly explained why your refund request was not approved.
We do not have the ability to charge customers automatically. Any payment can only be completed by you after you have reviewed the demo and chosen to proceed with the purchase.
Furthermore, you paid for two completely different images, meaning these were two separate purchases that you voluntarily completed.
For these reasons, your refund request cannot be accepted.
Please check your email again. We have responded to your message, so we cannot accept your claim that you did not receive a reply.
