The staff are really helpful and tend to your needs. There is not very much that I can fault other than the fact I wish they were more responsive in the morning when enquiring for early check-in so you don’t miss the 9am check in option. Aside from this the apartment is always very clean and spotless, has everything needed so there is very little need to ever reach out to the hosts. If I wasn’t moving away from the area I would most definitely book again, there is nothing bad for me to say. They always welcome me back and I would recommend if it to other people but I would prefer to gatekeep this place because I enjoy it so much :)

I really love the views from the apartment and the size of the common area with kitchen and dining table. Apartment is still in good shape and things still look relatively new

The stand out building is in itself an experience to behold. The various apartments are all luxurious, immaculate and well cared for. I stay here regularly, Special thanks as always to Jai and colleagues at back of house who are always available in providing that five star service as needed.

Lots of room. Clothes washer! 2 minutes to busses and M&S grocery. I might give 5 stars but the address you listed doesn't exist. The building is known as The Quartz. It took us about one hour to find it, in the cold and damp. Also, the key fob is unknown to us (we had to ask a resident).

The apartment was not in a great condition it is tired and needs care. The condition is not anywhere as good as the marketing photos. Good things are few: nice kitchen and living room, grocery store at base of building is convenient, easy walk to Birmingham city centre. However the bad things are plentiful...Bathrooms have black mould around the bath and shower. Curtain rails are falling out of the wall. Light fittings are coming out of the ceiling. Windows in living room don't close allowing cold air and noise in. One of the two radiators in the living room doesn't work leaving the room constantly cold. The TV died and we had no TV for almost 3 days. Worst of all the hot water stopped and we had no hot water for SIX days. In winter. Such poor and incompetant service after endless calls and messages. After 5 days we were given the option to move out into a hotel (on a Sunday afternoon) which we had to organise and pay for and then claim back from Perfect Stay. They should've arranged alternative accommodation sooner and not made it our problem. This was the straw that broke the camels back for us. We will never stay there again or recommend 'Perfect Stay' to anyone.

I had very nice stay in The Lexington XXII Liverpool, apartment clean and neat price is suitable, building has many facilities to enjoy with, I made another reservation same apartment at the end of December this year because I like it even the the company Perfectstay are working hard to help.

The stay in the apartment was extremely enjoyable. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and boasted a beautiful view. It had more than enough room to accommodate a full family, and I had access to convenient amenities such as an iron, kettle, and various household items. In fact, it provided a higher level of comfort compared to staying in a hotel. I highly recommend this apartment for both business and family trips.

Cleanness and the reception was great

Although there wasn't a microwave oven and it sometimes made me feel inconvenient for cooking, most things were good.
