The agent continued the conversation…
The agent continued the conversation even though I told my blood sugar was crashing. He moved me from a PPO to an HMO which was NOT in my best interest! I am going to report them to Medicare.gov. I have been harasses everyday with 25 phone calls or more from a group with an autodialer that says they are from the Senior institute or something along those lines. They dial from from phone numbers that can't be dialed.

Cameron was a lovely lady who helped me get the best coverage for my needs. She was extremely knowledgeable and very very patient with me because I had so many questions. I was so impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, but most of all her dedication to provide quality service to seniors. She was such a lovely lady and we became instant friends. She gave me her number and told me to call anytime. I asked her if it would be appropriate for me to call her just to say hello and see how her day is going. She was so tickled and replied absolutely. I would give her a 10 plus star rating. Premium customer service at its finest. She deserves a raise or a bonus. I would totally recommend Cameron to help seniors navigate their Medicare coverage.
