The company does well with regards to getting you shifts and finding you places that want to work with you continuously. They are quick to respond to any queries and do try to help when you approach them with any issues. The only thing in my experience that I would say needs some work is the recruitment process. Compliance took longer then it needed to but once all of that was sorted I had no issues at all.

I am happy working with the organisation as they offer bespoke social care setting to enable staff have a safe landing.

They offer very interesting challenges on the course of the job like - providing some distant and tough tasks/shifts which at the long run prove to be positive challenge as the task(s) go buy with ease.
