Parents struggle to find time to prepare, cook and transport wholesome meals and in most cases lack education around the right foods to feed their active children and young athletes. They also battle against the selective eating habits of their children which means in most cases means they’ll chose convenience foods or skipping meals. To provide a solution, YSN developed a bespoke food powder range to cater for the unique and heightened nutritional needs of young athletes and also provide education to parents and sports teams across the world. Approved by registered dietitians & nutritionists, each YSN Shake contains a balance of macronutrients, vitamins and minerals to give young bodies all they need to thrive. The NUTRI-TEEN range was developed to ensure that the heightened and unique nutritional needs of a youth athlete that can’t be catered for from a regular healthy diet, can be provided in both a convenient, delicious and efficient manner after sport. YSN help active children and young athletes eat better so they can reduce injuries, feel better, perform better and crush their goals in sport and life.

This is the 1st time of buying this product ..I bought the starter bundle for my 14 year old son who plays academy football .
He can be a picky eater ,and I sometimes worry he isn't getting the essential vitamins and nutrients that he needs for his body ..he burns off way more calories than he's putting in ...so to have these shakes and protein bars are a massive bonus for my son to refuel ..he had the chocolate flavour 😋

One challenge we faced was making sure Sophie got enough protein, especially late in the evening when she needed to recover quickly before heading to bed.
Nutri-Teen as the ideal option to provide Sophie with the protein and nutrients she needs after training. Importantly, any supplements taken by WAKO athletes must comply with WADA regulations, and Nutri-Teen gives us confidence on that front.
Her favourite flavour is Vanilla Ice Cream.

Fantastic product
Fantastic product, really helps my son. Gave 4 stars as delivery is sometimes slow. I ordered my last lot on 26th August it’s now 6th September and still no delivery. Even though I have chased it up. I will still use the shakes in the future though as it is great for my son before early morning swimming. He loves the taste of the chocolate shake.

We’re really sorry for the delivery delay with your recent order. This was due to a courier issue, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. Please rest assured we’re doing everything we can to prevent this happening again.
We truly appreciate your patience and your continued support.

Nutri-teen multivitamin gummies and shakes have firmly become a daily routine
My son is a 13 year old national competitive swimmer and he has been using the YSN Nutri-teen shakes and multivitamin gummies for a while now. It's become part of the daily routine to ensure Milton has no nutrient gaps in his diet, and also to help with his post training recovery. We've tried all the 3 shake flavours and all taste superb. The front runner is the chocolate which Milton will happily take straight after training either with water or milk. I'd totally recommend any young athlete who trains hard throughout the week to give these products a try ;-)

The shakes have been a game changer for us. We have to travel lots for training 7/8X a week on top of a busy work load/siblings etc and these extremely tasty quick shakes have helped immensely. The fact they are batch tested is perfect finish for us.
The new fizz drinks have been a hit also!!

Absolutely fantastic!! Highly recommend.
My 11 year old and 9 year old which both boys are at Cambridge United and MK Dons respectively and I can’t praise what Youth Sport Nutrition has done for them with recovery and helping there long term goals.
My 11 year old is a smaller frame and struggles to put on weight and this has been the perfect supplement for him to help improve whilst within an academy and gained 4 pounds in weight.
My 9 year old at MK Dons uses this after every session and match fixture and again has been tremendous for his recovery.
I can’t thank Youth Sports Enough and would highly recommend these shakes to anyone sport active child.
Thank you

Hi Ray,
We’re really sorry for the disappointment caused here. Your order was cancelled after being flagged by our system due to multiple orders under different names to the same address. I can see this was explained at the time and that a resolution was offered, though I completely understand how frustrating the experience must have felt. Please know our fraud checks are in place to protect both our customers and our business, and we’ll continue working to make sure communication in these situations is clearer in the future.
