I am writing regarding two courses that I purchased and have successfully completed at 100%.

Unfortunately, I have not received any certificates or diplomas, either on the platform or by email. I have already contacted them twice by email and also tried reaching out through the online support service, but I have not received any response.

Great courses, Good content, Accreditations are good. But the affliate I never got paid and there are 192 $ pending.

Good platform for many quick studies despite the fact that they take long time to reply to your messages sometimes but they deserve a good rating.

I have just completed the Caregiving in Nursing Program certificate. This is an excellent reading study program with very good content. This program was well constructed and focused on all of the essential caregiving needs and topics, with an emphasis on dementia conditions As someone with experience in health and also many completed courses, i.e Coursera, Edx etc. I have truly benefitted from this YLU course. The tests were not difficult. This is a private training organization, where i learned from the content and online course materials.

I am pleased to take the three courses, but the evaluation system is very complicated. With just 3 questions, if you can’t find the answers, you can’t move forward. You have to search everywhere for the answers, and sometimes they are not even in the course. You need to read articles in journals to find the answers, which is very tedious. If you could review the QUIZ evaluation system, it would be perfect. I will attach some QUIZ that gave me a hard time.

I would recommend them any day anytime. They make learning practical and very easy. You feel relaxed even when receiving their courses. You would also be able to find grounds or a basis for growth as well
