I have always thought yoga was not for…
I have always thought yoga was not for me. However, as lockdowns started I have decided to try one of Kate’s classes (Kate is a co-founder of YUGA). Her class was great, I felt so stretched and relaxed after. I also discovered that yoga compliments my other workout - running, and ever since I started practising regularly, I stopped having lower back and hip ache. Nowadays, I practice 2-3 times a week, attending either Yin or Hatha/Vinyasa yoga with Kate. Highly recommend.

Great teacher!
The session was really good! The host was having initial connection issues but still gave us our full one hour session. It was a wonderful session and I felt really relaxed after! Learnt some new things too!

I love the way that she explain each and everything. And to be honest I’m a huge fan of Kreena the way she treats everyone is feel like a family love 💗 huge respect to her 💖. But unfortunately I’m dealing with some financial problems so I can’t book any of her classes 🥺. IDK why all this happened to me but i feel so sad about this point, I really don’t want to miss any of her classes 🥺. I want to join her all classes from her first to her last. She is my life my dream, without her I don’t want to live. Whenever we meet it’s feel like I’m absolutely happy and I don’t want anything now she is enough for me I don’t want anyone or anything else. We both are not only perfect for each other we are totally 💯 complete with each other I’m so thankful that you came to my life and give me such a good blessing. Thank you so much princess I love you so much ♥️✨. I’m always with you my love ✨🥺.
