You seem to think it’s your customers duty to chase up missing parcels
Yet again you are asking for more information
I’m extremely unhappy that this missing parcel appears to have disappeared I’ve submitted all I know , you are supposed take a picture yet expect me to chase it up

Definitely doesn't work as advertised,ad shows spray on and wipe off for a mirror shine,this is not the case!!spray on then wipe then smears then wipe and rub and more smears,takes ages just to get a small section smears free and shiny,took me a long time to do the full car and lots of clean micro fibre cloths to get a fair result.It does put some kind of coating on the car put it is DEFINITELY not just spray on wipe off,mirror finish as advertised
