I’d like to put 0 stars but I can’t. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before ordering from Yumiyu.
My experience has been extremely disappointing. After raising an issue with my order the company offered me a 50% refund, but despite this, they have neither processed the refund nor replied to my follow-up messages. The complete lack of communication and customer service has been unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I do not consider Yumiyu to be a trustworthy jewellery website. I expected the company to honour the solution they proposed, but that has not happened.

I hope they resolve this matter, but until then, I cannot recommend buying from them.

I couldn’t be happier with my order from Yumiyu Jewelry! I purchased an evil eye necklace and three bracelets, and they are absolutely stunning. The quality exceeded my expectations—they’re beautiful & comfortable and I never take them off. I even shower in them, sleep in them, workout and wear them to the beach. Very comfortable and they don’t tarnish.

Everything was packaged so beautifully and arrived on time. I receive so many compliments! Definitely will be ordering more Yumiyu!!

This was my first time ordering from Yumiyu Jewelry, and I had a great experience! My order was running a little late, and the woman who helped me was absolutely incredible. She was in contact with me for about 3-4 days and my package arrived perfectly. I feel like she went above and beyond to help me and make sure that my order was delivered in a timely manner.

I purchased the Sun and Star Mother of Pearl 3 necklace set, and honestly it is beautiful. The pictures don’t compare to the necklaces in person. I absolutely love them!! Gorgeous, thank you!!

I have placed multiple orders and love all of the jewellery. I wear my evil eye bracelet every day, swim with it, shower with it and it has maintained its quality.

Each piece is so beautifully made and priced right! I couldn't love my tennis necklace more and can't wait to get my heart earrings next. I look forward to ordering more!
