I indeed didn't love my order

I indeed didn't love my order. The 'discounted' items have a fixed £30 delivery, although it's an UK-based brand. Which automatically is making discount misleading. When I emailed about that, as I haven't notice additional £30 at first and thought it must have been some error on their system end, I recieved a very dismissive, 'i-am-annoyed-that-you-asked' vibe short email saying it's fixed fee for sale items mentioned in our shipping costs page (or rather a section of a well hidden page on their website).

The bag got delivered, and the zip is wavy, clearly installed slopply, and it - the zip- doesn't run smoothly. £300 (on discout, originally £450) bag's first impression is 'did i order from zara' - i was not happy with the overall quality. I have another item of this brand that I am very happy with. So obviously I was expecting, well... quality.

When I requested a refund papers - because of course, for £30 delivery fee you don't even get a label in the parcel... I waited for ages for them to confirm, although they state that returns are available up to 14 days from purchase. So i guess they are playing on it. When I got the return label after a long time of waiting, they obviously forgot to include custom declaration documents and I was refused at the drop off point. Waste of my time that when I asked if would be reimbursed, their customer service proceeded to ignore it. It's been over 2 weeks now and when I asked for refund and update, I got told that full refund will be accepted if the bag is confirmed as faulty - i was required to send pictures of faulty bag, but they still need to confirm. Still waiting.

Horrible customer service and product

Horrible customer service and product! Do not trust the images, they advertise a beige colour, send a yellow bag and will not provide a return label. Unacceptable for this type of pricing! Bought a bag for my mums birthday only to be disappointed by everything. I have been trying to get help for the past month and besides generic responses, nothing gets done!

Dreadful service

Dreadful service! This is a luxury company, but you do not get anything close to that when it comes to customer service!
I’ve waiting on a refund for a bag that had been sat in a UPS depot in the Netherlands for the past for night. Yuzefi need to complete some administrative paperwork in order for it to reach the warehouse.
However, they have failed to do this and customer services have stopped replying to my emails. It would’ve been nice to be kept in the loop. I’ll be going through my bank to get a refund.
I’d avoid this brand at all costs. Which is a shame as the item I received was lovely. Would give zero stars if I could!
Absolutely shocking.

Disappointed but bag seemed nice

I am still waiting on the XL Mocha bag that shipped last month but still hasn’t arrived. This was after sending the bag I wanted to exchange for my wife back on Dec 25. It took another month for it ship at the end of Jan after following up twice. The quality from the bag I saw briefly was great but we’re approaching two months to get the XL Mocha and still don’t have anything.

Nice bag

The magnetic lock on the bag does not work properly and opens occasionally. I am not complaining or requesting an exchange — just sharing this for your information.

The delivery was very fast. Thank you.

Gorgeous bags

Visited Yuzefi in-store and the staff were so lovley. They took the time to explain the brand and products to me. The bag itself is such a unique shape and very practical as well. Very spacious. I reach for this bag on the daily.

The bag is perfect but the way I…

The bag is perfect but the way I received it was not that great. It felt like an Amazon package. The box was damaged and I got worried that the bag might be damaged but thankfully all was ok. It just had a cloth bag and that’s it, for an international shipping that is a bit dangerous. But overall the bag is lovely and the material is soo luxurious. It’s just the way I received it made me double guess if I ordered from a genuine website.

Don’t waste your money

The bag arrived clearly used with multiple scratches all over it. We immediately contacted customer service requesting an exchange. They said they would reach out to the product team and get back to us - but five days passed with no response. We emailed again, and now they are completely ignoring us. Extremely disappointing service. Don’t waste your time or money - stay away from this company!

Misleading marketing as a “London based brand” & crazy expensive returns

The bag was beautiful but really heavy for me for everyday wear. I returned it and brought myself a Hereu bag for the same price, so much more lightweight and comfy!

But what was really disappointing was the return process. They state “London based brand” on their Instagram so I was assuming the bags are delivered from within the Uk. So imagine my surprise when I learned that they are delivered from EU and you have to pay yourself for returns!So I paid for the UPS delivery to return the bag, paid for the customs clearance for Belgium which was 200 EUR in total. That’s pretty insane given that it’s almost 50% of the bag cost that I paid for the return. So if you like their bags I urge you not to order from their official website if you’re outside the EU.
