Disgraceful company DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I ordered the deluxe platinum edition of Alter Bridge Tour of Horrors in May 2021 for a cost of £367.00. I have not received my order or any part of my order. I have constantly emailed, either no reply or gobbed off. I finally cancelled the order in February 2022 and Z2 confirmed the cancellation but have not refunded me my money. Z2 will not reply to emails and their service is a disgrace. Are Alter Bridge aware that alot of their fans are extremely upset and disappointed that they cannot get their merchandise or refunds. I for one cannot afford to lose £367 and feel that Z2 Comics have stolen my money. It is totally unacceptable. Are Alter Bridge happy to be a associated with this company???

Website ziet er prima uit, aanbod lijkt ook prima. Bestel- en betaalproces is ook allemaal geen probleem.
Maar dan... Juni 2021 een pre-order gedaan voor levering in november 2021. In december zelf gevraagd wat er aan de hand is omdat ik vanuit Z2 niks hoorde. Daarop werd gezegd dat er wat vertraging met printen zou zijn.
Eind december nog een mail ontvangen dat het toch nog even duurt tot januari, met een kortingscode van 10 USD [alsof ik nog iets ga bestellen]. Inmiddels eind februari, en men reageert niet op mijn mail met verzoek nadere informatie of hoe ik mijn geld terugkrijg. Dat geld zal ik als verloren beschouwen.

Absolute joke
Placed an Order for the Anthrax super deluxe edition of the graphic novel back in August. It's now November and only just got my order cancelled and finally, refunded after 3 months of zero communication and not knowing whether my order will be eventually dispatched, despite the product having being released in July. Avoid this company.

Apparently they don't know how to communicate about existing orders bur have no problem taking money for new orders. Pre ordered Hotel Diablo comic in March was supposed to be shipped in July and guess what it's now August and we've had NO communication. But hey they'll email you about new comics they have for sale!
