Couldn't ask for anything more of Dune and Jochen. They are simply the best. They responded immediately with my request for help sorting out some wireless lighting issues and a bathroom thermostat. Two days later everything was fixed. Their communication is first class and their charges are very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this company. If I could give them 6 stars I would !!!!

Dune saved me! After trying to install a new light fixture myself, suddenly realising I have no clue, I reached out to Dune. Within minutes I got a response, and while unable to get out to me to fix in person, Dune walked me through step my step what I needed to do over the phone. Incredible service! Thank you!

Great experience with this ZA Electrical. They carried out an EICR survey for a new home purchase for me. Quick & helpful responses. Competitive price. Dune was very helpful afterwards to take the time to speak to me & explain what the results meant. Would recommend.

We had what turned out to be a loose connection on our cooker's socket and Dune managed to come out same day and fix the issue within the hour. He was very efficient and a great chat throughout. Would definitely recommend.

With downstairs sockets tripping off on Easter Monday, he arrived quickly and proceeded to work thoroughly towards a solution. It took him 4 hours but his charge at the end was very reasonable.
