I couldn't do this without HIC and Baheer. I have learned so much about coaching from Baheer and the way that he genuinely cares that I succeed and achieve my goals and desires. I won't be the same coach after my own experience, especially getting to the root of my barriers and not letting me sit in my own B.S. I thought helping people with health and wellness behavior change was hard...business coaching is a whole other level and I'm grateful for Baheer's willingness to pick up a shovel with me and help me dig the trench. I have tried all different kinds of programs. This program is the only PROGRAM you will ever need. The whole community is helpful. My coach is literally the best I've ever had and Zanders modules are so great.... Incredibly inciteful to the real world. You will see me out in the real world! Get this to upscale you I promise you will not regret it.

Working with HIC has been exactly what I needed. They helped me take an idea and grow it into a 6 figure business. I’ve always had the drive and the ambition to succeed but I didn’t have the direction or support until joining this community. If you’re really passionate about starting a coaching business this is the place to start.

I’d give five stars—but that doesn’t mean it’s perfect or for everyone. This program is best suited for people who already have a solid skill set and want to package it in a way that actually helps others through coaching. In my case, I transitioned from being a licensed therapist into coaching, and one of the biggest shifts I gained from this program was clarity—specifically, knowing exactly what I wanted to do and how to position it. The program is great at giving you the tools and frameworks, especially around mindset and specificity, but it won’t do the work for you. If you’re not disciplined or don’t hold yourself accountable, this won’t be a good fit. It’s also not ideal for someone with no real skills yet—you can come in with a vague idea, but there needs to be some underlying ability or talent to build on. However, if you do have that and you’re struggling to communicate it clearly or make it profitable, this program can be a game changer. Having a strong network going in will help you maximize results, because you can’t expect to join and instantly succeed. But if you bring the right ingredients, HI can accelerate your growth very quickly.

This is a comprehensive program that helps you go from a great idea to a business owner. They thought of everything!

I had been an online coach for 1.5 years before joining HIC.
