I purchased a watch from Zanuti based on its advertisement on the Internet. I paid $284 including shipping. The watch was not automatic; it had a quartz movement powered by a battery. When I received the watch it did not work and was as dead as a door nail. I had an extensive series of email communications with the company in an attempt to resolve the problem. They kept providing misinformation. For example, they first told me to wind the watch in a certain way. However, this was impossible because, as stated, the watch was battery-powered. They then told me to take the watch to my jeweler to have the battery replaced. I followed their instructions and the watch still did not work. Realizing that it had no intention to resolve the issue, I repeatedly requested shipping instructions for the return of the watch to them and a full refund. I received neither. To add insult to injury, when I disputed the purchase with my credit card company, they denied that there was a problem. I am still working with my credit card company to remove the charge from my account

I've been impressed with my Zanuti GMT — the craftsmanship and overall build quality stand out the moment you take it out of the box.

Having the warranty card with the matching serial number included was a nice touch as well.

To top it off, the customer service was helpful throughout the process, and the watch showed up at my door in just 3 days.

Very happy with this purchase.

They botched my order and sent me the correct watch but with a different bracelet. Initial that they would send me the correct bracelet at no charge and a couple bonus leather straps. I’ve tried to follow up with multiple emails phone calls and there is no response. I won’t buy from them again and I suggest no one else does too.

I bought two watches.
Shipping took 9 days. Supposed to take 2-5 with
signature upon arrival.
On arrival no signature was required so the delivery guy just put it on the floor in my lobby (My UPS email showing delivery had the picture of it on the floor the UPS driver took - proof). It arrived in bubble wrap. Not even a box.

The website clearly says “Free shipping and returns” on every watch page.
The customer service emails to me said they do not
cover return shipping which was a red flag.

As the website says contact them for "return ticket" and "detailed return shipping info."

I contacted them for a return ticket and detailed info on how to to return it.
I did not receive any ticket number nor did I receive any detailed instructions on how to return these.

This is after at least 5 emails asking for it.
The last thing you want to do is to return something with no return number for tracking purposes once they get it.

Here is why: They could then deny receipt, claim the watches never arrived, and refuse a refund. I lose my money and don't have any watches and they resell them. Both watches I got looked previously handled.

Note: If you know anything about European or international returns, the customs forms are very detailed and there is specific info on how to fill them out.

This is what is advertised on the website:
The watches are supposed to be numbered.
There was no number.
There supposed to be a certificate of authenticity.
No certificate, nothing but two cheap cardboard boxes with a little piece of of foam on top.

There was no invoice, no custom forms or anything saying what company it shipped from, my purchase info, the cost etc. All these docs are always with goods you buy from Europe.
Simply necessary for legal import into the US.

There you go. It’s as most people suspect a fly-by-night operation out of east asia most likely. They are promising things they are not selling, which is fraud. Many, many online forums such as Watchseek are wondering who or what is this company.

Note: The package shipped from California which means it came from east Asia most likely not Europe. Ports of entry for European goods are on the east coast. Chat GPT it.

One other thing, use Chat GPT to find the GQ articles that say it's "the best watch under $1000," it does not exist. That was the first thing I did.

Omega style watch, compared to original Omega, hard to tell… However left in my Landrover for 6 months strap links showed signs of rust, and winder sized up!!!

This is my second from Zanuti. Emma sorted out a minor hiccup quickly and without any fuss. Both watches were beyond my expectations. The quality and attention to detail is superb at this price point, and carries through from the design right down to the packaging it arrived in. No complaints.

I bought a skipper automatic which was advertised as having number on watch and certificate to state made in Switzerland neither were there also suppose to have double lock down crown not even a single lock down crown plus ups or fedx with signature on delivery came by royal mail with no signature sale was suppose to be 6 days only when it ran out for 20 minutes full price then straight back to sale be warn american scam unlike liv watch bought from America which came as described and excellent customer service.

Buying and shipping was easy. Arrived within 7 days. No issues.

These are rebranded mid-range Chinese watches. Nothing else. Old brand purchased just to scam you on social media. Very poor customer service making it impossible to return the watch. Even with a 50% discount it's overpriced when compared to well-known mid-range Chinese brands, you could get a high-end Chinese model at that price point (I can't name brands on here, sorry). Eventually I have managed to modify the watch with better components that I already had (bezel insert, bracelet, AR cristal). My advice is don't buy anything from Zanuti and instead, go and look for the best Chinese-made watches with genuine good reviews.
