My daughter’s graduation dress arrived exactly when they estimated it would. The dress fit her perfectly, the adjustable straps kept it modest, the quality was waay better than I expected and had a wow factor - the photo online did not do it justice, she was best dressed female at her graduation. Can’t fault them, that’s just my experience.

i purchased a dress that claimed it was an australian size 12, but when it arrived it was way too small. i sent an email requesting a refund and they first offered me 10% refund to keep the dress. this dress mind you was $190. also why would i want to keep a dress that doesn’t fit me?! when i declined their offer and said i’d like to return it for a refund, they kept pushing it off and then offered me 30% refund to keep the garment or 100% coupon to return it. by this point i had already sent it off in the mail to the address that was on the package, where it said it was sent from. turns out it was not the address they wanted me to send it to. they wanted me to send it to america!? a site that goes by an australian domain, claiming to be australian sizes yet they don’t go buy australian consumer law. i contacted the shipping company but there’s nothing they can do as the package i sent off was delivered. you’d think zapaka coild contact this warehouse and retrieve it, but they want me to get it back (impossible). so now i’m without a dress and minus $220 (postage for the dress) (they weren’t going to pay for postage, which i was fine with as long as i got my money back). so yeah i’m pissed off. a total scam
