I did like the fast delivery and the taste of the loaf.

Everyone loved the sous vide lamb we served at a big gathering. It was so quick and easy and perfectly cooked.

The package arrived and the food wasn't as chilled as I'd have liked. Although it was wrapped well the cooling gel or whatever it was, was not at all cold.

We ordered the following:
ANGUS BEEF PEPPERONI HOT SALAMI:
We ordered the Hot as we find most things in NZ quite bland, However this definitely isn't bland! We loved it. It is realy hot though so we might try the milder one next time. The hot is an instant hot that does not linger long. We loved the taste of the meat. The salami was almost as good as the pork version. For our taste it could have been a very little bit more fatty but for our health it is definitely better that it wasn't!
We will reorder this.
ANGUS BEEF CHEESE KRAINER SAUSSI:
I didn't check the packaging before making it. Only way after I remembered I ordered the cheese one.It wasn't very cheese so either we got the wrong product or the cheese part was a disappointment but I don`t have the packaging anymore to check which one it is. Sorry. However the Saussi itself was amazing. It was full of flavor and it was super yummy.
We are 100% ordering the beef (no cheese) version next!
POHUTUKAWA SMOKED VENISON BACON - 200GM:
This was ok. I think it will be super awesome in dishes that you cook a bit longer. The bacon itself tasted wonderful but it was quite tough. If you are going to use it in a dish that you cook for a while the taste is definitely worth it but as just bacon and eggs or in a dish like nassi it doesn't work as well.
We will order again but for specific dishes.
POHUTUKAWA SMOKED BEEF BACON:
We loved this one. It was tender. It tasted wonderful. It was an all rounder for us. It was our favorite. (except for my middle child, he prefers the venison)
Deferentially ordering loads of this!
POHUTUKAWA SMOKED LAMB SHOULDER BACON:
This one is a tricky one. It was definitely very lammy... It was a hit and miss in my family. It taste like a lamb chop but it looks and behaves like bacon. My one son said it was his favorite. My husband and I like it in food like nassi or soup but not straight up. The rest of the family were indifferent to it.
Will reorder some.
POHUTUKAWA SMOKED CHICKEN BACON:
Ok. This is our absolute favorite to eat just as is. When cooking you need to be careful when you start as it almost wants to break apart, but as soon as it starts to get hot it binds together super well.This is our absolute favorite!!!
Defiantly buying loads it again!

The service:
The start was a bit confusing as I received a email stating that my package was on the way with tracing info but then 4 days later I got an email saying they are making some of the stuff and will sent when done. It did end up taking 2 weeks more. However, they sent it to my rural address which is a bonus as many companies doesn't want to do that. Plus it arrived still cold!! I was super skeptical about this as it was in route for 4 days so I was worried that the cold chain would be broken but it was completely fine! To me this is probably one of the best things about this company!

Good turn around time on order.
Food is super tasty

Everything was really yummy. My whole family loved it. The only reason why it's a 4 star is the fact that they only send orders out once a week.

I am a loyal customer of Zaora. I started to buy Zaora product since 2019 and always have some of their product in my fridge since then. It is absolutely amazing and tasty. Not only it is delicious, but also without chemical stuff.

Good Salami - been looking for beef salami for a while so good work in making some!

I love their products. The salami’s are lovely on tasting platters. The easy ordering and quick delivery is really helpful. Will be looking at trying all the other products too. Keep up the great work guys!

I picked up a packet of Pohutukawa smoked and sous vide cooked angus beef brisket from Farro Fresh, and had it with 2 others. So easy to prepare and absolutely loved it. The small packet was surprisingly enough for all 3 of us too. Will definitely be getting more!

Great selection, really tasty and superb service.

What I love about this product is the how clean lean and fulfilling this meat is. I've found myself enjoying an abundance of flavours I've never experienced before.
